Waited in line yesterday for about 5 mins at drive-thru before deciding to go elsewhere. Today ordered online for pickup. Arrived 5 min. after i was notified it was ready. Sign on door said drive thru only. Asked at the drive thru if i needed to wait in line if i had placed the order online and was told i did. Waited in drive-thru line for 20 min. Then was told i needed to come in for it. After asking if i could just get my order, a person (assume a manager) told me they didn't have my order ready and wanted me to pull over and wait while they got it ready. Was told "if it was to my benefit to order online, everyone would do it and that i could wait and do this his way or not". At that point, i was tired of the runaround and rudeness. Told him i didn't want their damn food and wanted a refund. Was told i had to do that online too. The worst, most unorganized KFC I've ever been to. I witnessed management threaten to remove a young girl waiting on a DoorDash order for standing at the opposite end of the counter asking for the order. The poor girl was terrified! There were 3 or 4 bigger women (employees stating that they were management) threatening her across the counter that if she didn’t leave the restaurant that they would remove her themselves. The girl was young, and very small. I walked her out to her vehicle to make sure none of the employees or managers did anything to her. I prayed with her and told her that not all people are like that there’s still us good people...
Read moreI just came here to praise an employee who has been the greatest customer service I've ever had at a fast food place. I don't know her name but she has a pink flower tattoo on her left fore arm and she has been absolutely great. I come in every day for the same thing almost at the same time of day and when she hears me on the speaker she knows what I'm getting and always has my honey mustard ready before I even ask. She's super friendly and has never caused me a bad experience. If this review reaches anyone in higher management I'd really appreciate if you acknowledged to this employee how great she does because I couldn't appreciate her service more 👍. Ps.
