Generally compared to PetSmart and Petco This place is overpriced. I do go in and buy things when I don’t feel like driving to Sherman. I went on the 30th and purchased several things one of the items being a sour apple spray for furniture that is supposed To act as a deterrent for dogs, chewing on things. My puppy chewed up the leg of my dresser and that’s what prompted me to buy this. I got home. I sprayed about four or five sprays where you’ve been biting and then I watched her go over and sniff it and continue to chew on it.. That was three days ago. I went a day to return that.. I had to receipt and how do I not told them that it had been used? They would not have even known that it had been used because like I said I’d only squirted four or five sprays with the most out of it.. But me being honest, I did tell them that I squirted 4 to 5 sprays and the reason for me returning it is it does not work. The cashier that was helping me was actually the cashier that recommended that I buy this and they did not have any smaller bottles. They only had the larger size so I brought the larger size based on the recommendation that came from their store employee. And now that I’m returning it saying it does not work he goes and gets Dana. Dana comes over and says they will not return it because it’s been used.. She did not say she wouldn’t return it because I’ve used too much of it or anything her exact words worse we do not return anything that’s been. When she wanted to go into more detail, I told her there was no reason to. If they sold me a product that does not work and they’re refusing to return it because it’s been used then stand on that And she said that she would stand on it so I left there, and I called customer service and customer service told me that they were not adhering to The companies return policy, which I already knew that was the case because I already looked it up before I went down there to return the item. I’ve seen Dana be very helpful and very charismatic and dealing with customers so for her to be so short with me about returning an item that would’ve been well within The return guidelines of their company I don’t know what her issue was this day and neither here or there what her problem was there’s no reason for her, not to have returned it. Customer service that they would contact the store and let them know that they weren’t following the company policy.. Moving forward, I will make the drive to Petsmart. I will not shop at a store that does not stand by the products they sell. And I certainly went by from a company that doesn’t even adhere to their own return policy. Do yourself a favor and shop at a more reputable place They’re too expensive for Not to be returning the garbage...
Read moreThe staff is wonderful and really helpful but the prices on a lot of items is a bit higher than many other stores. This is one of the only true pet stores in the area. It is a bit smaller than a lot of the other pet supply store chains but they have most of the necessities even if thefe is not a great variety. The only live animals they sell are beta fish. The so sell feeder insects but the inventory is very hit and miss. be sure to always open the containers and check the quality of the insects. I have purchased a container that had exactly ZERO insects inside and more than one where they were all dead before i learned my lesson. Theu get shipments of feeders on Tuesdays so Tuesday and Wednesday are you best chance for a quality product. They have cats and kittens available for adoption in the store on a daily basis through Durant Animal Rescue Alliance, the local animal rescue. The fee runs from $35 - $50. They have all been spayed or neutered and are fully vetted with a money...

And this visit they have the smallest selection. Don't waste you time coming to the store location! Terrible customer service and even smaller selection. I will definitely not be coming back to this location. Man I definitely dont even want to order it online. But this company already has my money. And I got a gift card.
