The absolute worsssssst experience I’ve ever received. Went to CE Durant in 3/17 and purchased the Mega Deal paid over $50 and 1st issues after waiting forever was I asked for Seasoning salt and ketchup they gave me 4 packs and I kinda giggled and said for 40 tenders can I have a little more 2 workers later got it. After heading home we realized the gallon of tea wasn’t with our bags so turned around went back to pick it. Once finally home and unboxed then food realized the dang rolls were missing. Call ask for manager to be told I’m lying because her drive through remember putting it in the bag I counted the boxes and explained everything I got . She said hold on and left me on hold for 7 MINUTES so I drive to the store show my receipt and only to be told I’m l lying and they would not honor the order one manager stormed off and left the teenager to deal with it who informed me she could not do anything about it and refused to give me any information on whom to speak with. I am a Regional Manager and employee over 200 employees in the North Texas area and I would be embarrassed and ashamed of my team for not taking care of a customer over some ROLLS ! The owner needs to retrain the staff on proper food service and customer service!!! First night living in Durant and will not be returning to this...

The little boy up front was just whispering and looking off in space, not making eye contact at all , and once I was done ordering, he'd go back to talk to the others working in the back and they kept looking at us. Then he forgot to hand me my cup and when I asked for it. He insisted I was already given it, and after going back and forth he finally gave me one. I was handed my food where they forgot my corn nuggets, which was an honest mistake, yet I didnt know I had to bring my plate to get them, and he proceeded to go back and talk with this little girl and they kept staring at us the whole time and we could hear them talking about it. It wasn't like I worker there or went there everyday to even be aware of that. Employees were taking food off the line and eating it. My food was okay, chicken was a chewy and you could tell it had been sitting under the heat lamps all day. Overall, I would not go here unless you are prepared for the worst customer service ever. Read moreHadn’t been in a while. As usual, food was good. I know the price of food is hurting many, but I was surprised that they now charge for your 1st sauce now (BBQ, Honey Mustard, etc. Isn’t much; $.27 after tax. However, my recommendation would be raise the cost of the meal as needed and at least include one sauce per meal. Completely understand charging for “extra”, but this new business practice will end up taking a lot of criticism.)
Update: As another reviewer had mentioned, they are the worst if you order any extra items or sides. They will charge and give the extra side, but will never give you the original side that comes with a meal unless you check the box(es) at the window and tell them it is missing. The food is still good and we will return, but for this to be an “every time” occurrence, something should change. I’ve paid for multiple sides at this point and never received. (Which is why I will check the boxes now in the drive-thru, even though as someone that has worked in the food industry, I hate holding up the line...
