Firehouse Subs W. Main St. — Restaurant in Durant

So on the way back into town my cousin and I stopped in and ordered 3 sandwiches. While waiting for the sandwiches to be completed my cousin used the ladies room. Unbeknownst to her at the time she left her phone on the sink.

After arriving at home we immediately ate our sandwiches, which were cold, after heating them up. After eating my cousin realized that she didn't have her phone. After searching the house and vehicle it was clear that the phone was not with us. I contacted the store and explained the situation to the employee who answered the phone. I asked the employee to check the ladies room, and she said she would. After a short period she returned and said there was no phone in the ladies room or the store.

My cousin and I subsequently returned to the Firehouse store and she found her phone in the ladies room on the sink, in plain sight. Obviously the employee did not check the ladies room. i have to wonder if they were intending on stealing the phone? Or, were they so upset that we didn't leave a tip for them doing their job and providing no other service than producing cold sandwiches that they knew the phone was there and decided to tell us that it was not. Either way, the employees here cannot be trusted to do the right thing. If they cannot be trusted to check a restroom for a lost phone, can they be trusted to provide food that has not been adulterated?

With the above in mind, I can no longer bring myself to frequent the Firehouse Subs store in Durant, after having done so at least twice a month for the last 2 years. Goodbye Firehouse and its...

So I order the food on line and pick it up to yesterday I ordered 2 sandwiches one was a same and then the large when I went to eat my the small one I noticed that the bread was rock hard and I broke a tooth on it the meat was cold and it was meat and cheese only on the inside there was no sauce when I gave My Husband his the sandwich was not even made correctly. There were toppings that were just in the side, not even on the sandwich. The two bags of chips that we got that came with the sandwiches. We didn’t get a choice in the flavor and then I had ordered two drinks and when I asked the lady, she said that the cups were in the counter I could just grab them if I wanted to and there was a drink machine over there I had never used to drink machine like that before, so was inclined to ask for help but then heard them talking about how I was an idiot, so proceeded to get the drinks that I purchased after figuring out the machine that didn’t even work right because the drinks barely had any flavor to them at all and then on my way out could hear them talking about what I was wearing because I was wearing my uniform for work overall not very happy with this place and will not be going back again even though I have lived in Durant for about 10 years and have ate there once before and it was not good, so that was about four years ago decided to give them another chance and still they have felt not recommend save your money go to loves or go to Subway. You will get better quality food and at least the people...

Was excited about the new French dip sandwich so 2 of us from work ordered them. The problem was that they forgot to add the "dip", the whole purpose of the French dip sandwich. The others enjoyed their sandwiches, & I suppose the roast beef sandwiches would have been better with Au Jus, but that is all they were...nothing spectacular especially for the higher than average price. I called to see if we could get sandwiches at a later to date to compensate for the error....I was told I could come back in for the AuJus (was 30 minute trip each way) but that was about it along with a "sorry about that". The young manager finally offered a discount on another purchase because after all we "got the sandwiches" & was appalled at the thought of a couple of sandwiches pro gratis at a later date... Somehow, while his answer was very short of a "please come back & allow us to make up for the mistake", I honestly doubt if the lengthy trip would...
