Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Durant

First of all, this is not a complaint, but it is disappointment. Went to order, they said soda machine is out of ice, I said no problem as long as it is cold. We got 1/2 cup each, 2 people and it started making noise. I’m pretty sure the carbonation was the issue, or one of the boxes needed replaced. They put a note on it, out of order. When we inquired about it, they said sorry, wife asked what about a refund, we just paid $3.98 for sodas we did not get. A person from the back said he would do it, but was going to do later, they were too busy. Then because of that I was looking at receipt and I noticed the price was wrong on our order. I went to menu board to verify. A small pizza is $6.99 and any add on is $1.25, making a total of $8.24. Our receipt showed $9.24 each. So now we are at $5.98 over charged. I went to clerk and expressed my concern. He said that the girl must not have told us, but the menu board was wrong and that prices went up. Said it was not their fault that corporate changed prices. I said you can’t put a sign on the counter and said I do not feel it should have been changed on the sign. Anyway, the refund on the drinks was never attempted or made. I like Marcos pizza and honestly have never had this issue before. Just take care of your customer that is in your store and don’t put them off because your too busy. This is the Durant, Oklahoma...

We have really enjoyed Marcos, it's very good pizza but today we ordered a large deluxe, got home and the vegetables on it were chucked up, not sliced like Marcos usually provides, the green pepper looked like they took a whole green pepper and cut it into 2" chunks and threw them on the pizza, same with the onions, big chunks and the cheese was over the edges of the pizza crust and stuck to the pizza pad underneath. Because the vegetables were chunk style they were only halfway cooked so we ended up throwing the majority of the pizza away along with the $16.40 we paid for it. Not sure what the issue was today but it's not the quality we have enjoyed in the past, I suspect it's someone who doesn't like his/her job and takes it out on customers. Next time we will pay at the counter vs online and will inspect the pizza ...

NASTY NASTY NASTY!I would give this place negative stars if I could. Dominos is way better than this place. I went here because I read the comments thinking would be good oh was I wrong. The good comments must be from overweight people that do not care what they eat as long as they are stuffing their face! I just spent $20 on the nastiest pizza I have ever ate and if it wasn't so far away I would of took it back and gave them a piece of my mind! THIS IS THE NASTIEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD.
