Most of the time they do a good job here. But today I got a burrito bowl and last time I got one it was excellent! Chicken, beans, rice and pico. Today I ordered one with no rice and extra chicken. When I got it I was pleased with the amount of chicken but where the beans should be I got a scoop of salsa. I don't get to eat much as I am fighting an infection and the meds destroy my appetite. So I was really looking forward to a dish made the way it was ordered. I am not sure how someone could mistake salsa for bean. Went through the drive through a few weeks ago, ordered a burrito and asked for no sour cream. When I got back to work, there was sour cream in it. Got the corporate mailer for buy one get one, so I decided to give them another chance. Overpriced food. Taco Bell is a better choice. Inattentive drive thru staff, order is wrong most of the time. If you do not know the difference in black beans and pinto beans (refried) you shouldnt be working at a Mexican Food chain. Employees should double check to ensure order is correct before handing it to customer. I just paid $15 for an order and had to throw half of it away. No napkins, hot sauce or cutlery either.
