Taco Bell — Restaurant in Durant

I am a regular Taco bell customer, I pick up food there every one to two days. Why? There new "Cantina Chicken Menu." In my opinion, It is by far some of the best tasting food they have ever served. My personal favorite on the cantina chicken menu is the Cantina chicken burrito & the Cantina chicken soft taco. Love it! If you have never tried it, try it, you will get hooked on the taste and I think it will become your favorite too. The prices on the Cantina menu are higher than thier basic Taco Bell menu, but it offers some items you want get in your food from thier regular menu. Like pica de gallo and purple cabbage, it is so much better than lettuce. I have come to love thier Chipotle sauce, it really boosts the flavor of the food though it is a little warm. I enjoy the rewards they offer in thier app, sign up if you haven't yet because it saves money. You can earn free food, or reduced prices on items you order just by redeeming your rewards earned by purchasing food. If you really rack up the points, you can achieve fire tier rewards which offers more items you can redeem. Now if you like the Chicken Cantina burrito and you have fire rewards, you can choose the Chicken enchilada and customize it, by leaving off the rice & red sauce, then swap the chicken out to slow roasted chicken and add purple cabbage, & Chipotle sauce. Then under style choose have it grilled. For half the price of this chicken burrito on the Cantina menu, you have just turned the chicken enchilada burrito into the Cantina chicken burrito for galf the price. It's awesome. I also add onion & fiesta chips to mine & it is so good. Enough on that, I will say Taco Bell has improved thier food over the past year, I use to get upset because when they made a Taco, they would only put about 2 teaspoons of meat on it & fill it full of lettuce which I felt I was paying alot for a lettuce Taco. Now they put a descent amount of meat on thier items. Previously if they didn't make your item the way you ordered it, they would not remake it. Now they will remake your food if it's not the way you ordered it. That's a big plus for Taco Bell. The only thing i am still a little disappointed about is the price of thier drinks. $3.99 for a regular size drink, whether it's a cola or a blast. The employees are friendly & courteous, the inside of the restaurant is clean, the bathrooms are clean, the tables are kept clean and free of trash. I frequent the drive thru 90% more than eating inside, Sometimes the line can be long but it moves pretty fast. I've been to this specific restaurant many times over the last few years but the service I received tonight will definitely change that. Night manager "Alex" (I believe that's what his name was, he refused to give his name) refused to replace items missing in my online order. He claimed he made the order himself and said everything was there (half the order was missing), literally called us liars, and said he would not replace it. We returned to the restaurant to pickup the rest of our order and have the incorrect items replaced (for the record- we placed and picked up the order prior to a really bad storm hitting. For us to get the rest of our order, he demanded we returned to the store tonight. And it was raining Extremely hard and caused hail damage to my vehicle due to him not ensuring the order was there since he made it apparently). He was extremely argumentative, continued to call us liars, and refused to even admit his behavior was uncalled for because he was "right". Extremely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, aggressive, and unacceptable service from a "manager". Not sure how someone like that would even be promoted to begin with but we will not be returning. He ended up remaking the order because it was wrong and half the order was missing, but still was very adamant he was "right". Lady at the window was very sweet...

The experience was genuinely the worst I’ve had at any fast food chain. I’m no stranger to Taco Bell across the Oklahoma and north Texas area, but this was by far the rudest staff and poorest customer service. I came to visit with friends half an hour before the dining room closed, and the staff messed 3 of our orders up. They prepared the food wrong, left items out of orders, forgot the drinks, etc. After we got all of that sorted out, it had been over thirty minutes to get our food which put us right at the time of their dining room closing. Then, the experience managed to get worse somehow. After the staff had messed up our orders and taken a half hour to get our food out, the manager was shouting at us to finish our food and leave, and we were forced to rush eating, and upon the majority of my group finishing eating, he rudely ushered us out the door and got verbally hostile while another member of our group still hadn’t even received his food.
