Overall this is probably one of the top 10 stores I visited across the country. I've been to 28 States and occasionally we'll have to stop at harbor freight. I would highly advise joining the inside track club to get the most value for your dollar. App gives regular coupons and deals, with control over the frequency you're notified. I don't feel like just a customer when I go there. It almost treat you like you are friends. I do not and have never worked at harbor freight but they make sure you get the best deal every time if there's a better price available. And I've even had employees make sure that I had the right coupons in the app to get the best prices. I was visiting Oklahoma with my sister and signed her up for the inside track club card. Read moreThis company would not give me a refund even though I had the receipt, it was within 90 days, I paid with a debit card, and the product was unused and I returned it with a box, William the store manager was very unprofessional and gave me different excuses of why he couldn't just give me the money back on my card. It Only Takes One Bad Apple to make the whole company rub you the wrong way but that's what they chose to do regardless. I called customer service and customer support and just to find out they could not do anything for me nor would they. I would advise doing business with a company that employees people who are dishonest and have zero interest in taking care of their customers. I would recommend spending a little extra money on something that has a true warranty and they'll actually refund you when you have everything there policy shows to have. Trust me it's worth every penny not have to deal with...

This overbuilt pair of scissors with about a 4 inch cutting jaw. Chicken wire beware and the price and performance were awesome...
