So, I wanted dinner after I came from the hospital, so I stopped by this Arby’s around 6:40pm this evening. I was with my older son. When we got there he told he wasn’t sure what he wanted and went to the bathroom. So I informed the girl at the counter give me a few minutes because my son went to the bathroom and he was undecided what he wanted she said ok let her know when I’m ready to order. Then 2 min later some other lady with glasses was loudly asking can she help me, I informed her my son was using the bathroom and I will order when he comes out of the bathroom. She then asked am I picking up an order I told her no. She said well sometimes people come in with other people to pick up orders. I told her 3x no I haven’t placed my order yet. Why do they have people who work there who can’t comprehend. So at that point my son is standing right beside me looking at the menu and this girl is going back and forth talking about I’m just making sure. Making sure of what another worker already was helping me. I was so disgusted I lost my appetite and left to spend my money at another establishment. Then she wanted to be loud while I was on the way out. This location is ghetto and who ever miss thang with the glasses should be embarrassed. I’m not even a Arby’s or fast food eater but you can best believe that she made me never want to step foot in another...
Read moreI grabbed a quick bite during the 2-5pm happy hour. I was scared I may have got there too late because I pulled in the parking lot at 4:50 but I was still able to order from their happy menu I recommend everyone to go during their happy hour, when the snack sizes foods and small sizes drinks are all $1 each. You can get as many as you would like and pay a small price. This location is preferred because it's always clean, the food is always fresh and never stale, never a long line, so you can get in and out easily on a lunch break. I purchased the delicious smores shake (snack size) and the savory curly fries. I originally was going to Arby's for their orange cream shake they had in the summertime. I must have been a day or two late because they were no longer serving it. So, I opted for their s'mores shake and it was a sweet substitute. It was creamy, no too sweet with hints of caramel in it. It was perfect for the fall time. I wonder what shake flavor they will have for winter? I do like that Arby's switches up their themes, it keeps the customers interested.
My snake size meal was good and It really held me over until I got home to cook dinner. The service was fast thru the drive thru and the customer service was...
Read moreIt's drab and sleep inducing with the yellowed lighting and lack of customers in the dining area at any given time. The service is either high or bored constantly and makes no effort to let you know when your food is ready at the counter or bring it to you. The food itself is little more than TV dinner quality. Where the curly fries used to be my entire reason for going, they are no longer crispy, ringlets with a semi fluffy potato center but are now either crunchy pieces from previous batches that finally fell out of the basket and soggy curls that fall apart from the weight of the grease. The roast beef has never been amazing but now it somehow feels like it and the bread are one texture. I'll give them props on the chicken fingers being pretty good but that's really the only good thing I can find to mention about the place. Not gonna recommend Arby's to...
