The worst experience and horrible employees. I go to this bojangles all the time, and I’ve never had an issue ever at this location. Tonight when I pulled up to order, the lady had placed the wrong drink order on the menu and I corrected her just to be sure, and just responded yup pull-up. As I pulled up I gave her my card, she swiped it and I had looked down to grab my wallet, about a 5 second interaction and she goes “MAAM” super loudly and shoves my card in my face. I told her I just needed a minute to put my stuff away, wasn’t sure what her problem was but at this point… I’m highly irritated. As I am waiting they are all standing in front of the window giggling and peeking over at me, and then the girl who took my order looked at me with this face of “CAN I HELP YOU” staring at me from the window. to which I asked her that.. and she goes “she’s making your sand-which” with a bunch of attitude and then they all collectively blocked the window and that made me feel uneasy considering they’re handling my food, and these people didn’t come off nice to begin with, it seemed to be the entire staff, they’re all giggling and peeking out at me and then she hands me my food and slams the window shut. I took time to look through my order and make sure everything was right so I didn’t have to go back and deal with them, as I’m putting all my stuff in order she opens the window and she goes “do you need something!?” And I asked her what the heck her problem was and I’m just putting my stuff away and checking my food and she responded with “well you’re holding up my line” (there was one car behind me) and that was the final straw. The shift leader said something along the same lines as her and they all seemed to come to the window with the escalation. Like entertainment for them; sounds like they need more work to do. If you have time to lean you have time to clean! Antagonizing customers is fun for them I guess? Needless to say, threw the food away and will be disputing the charge as I believe they messed with my food. My chicken was cold and undercooked and the mashed potatoes were water, like soup. Needles to say I’ll be putting in a complaint to the health department for investigation in...
Read moreI visit this location 2-3 times per week. At least 1 out of 3 times, something is awry with the order. However, I bring the errors to their attention, get the order corrected and move on. Well, about 10 mins ago, I went to get breakfast, and when checking my order, there were no Bo-rounds in the bag. I said, I ordered one order of rounds and she said well, you were charged for 2. I said, oh well, that's fine. The cashier asked for the bag back to put the missing orders in. She then hands the bag back that I returned to her(which tells me she was double checking I hadn't lied about the missing Bo-rounds) and proceeds to hand me a separate bag with only 1 order of the rounds. I said, where's the other order since I paid for 2? Before she could get the 2nd order, the UD asked..what do you need? I said, my other order of rounds. She proceeds to get agitated with me and I said hey...I just want the other order I paid for and she said well I didn't know and was just trying to fix it when you started using your hand to talk which is aggressive. I said, what? I was never aggressive, I was just trying to get the rest of my missing order. She said, well I view using your hands to talk as aggressive. Now you have a good day. Instead of the UD, who is the leader of her staff, holding her staff accountable for the hold up at the drive thru, she become rude towards a customer who simply wanted what she paid for. My friend was on the phone with me and heard the entire interaction and heard the UD being rude and confrontational towards me. I worked 6 yrs at the Bojangles in north Durham as a teenager and college student and I NEVER saw a UD behave that way...ever. If you want your drive thru moving and not held up, pack the orders correctly and hold your staff accountable. Hopefully corporate will address this. In the meantime, I plan to avoid this location moving forward. The UD at the one on Fayetteville road is more professional and the orders are consistently...
Read moreSo disrespectful of their customers. Nov 1 2013. Very rainy dark night. I stopped in to get dinner for my family. Got a family pack and sides. I get home and I'm missing the mashed potatoes. I really don't want to go back out into the rain to get it, there have been a lot of wrecks tonight. But I go anyway, cause I did pay for them after all. I take my receipt to prove I paid for them. The manager asked the people who bagged my order if they put the mashed potatoes in the bag. Neither say they scooped the potatoes, but insisted they were in the bag. So the manager says to me "I'm sure they are in your bag, you just missed them.". I tell him I've unpacked the whole thing, opened all the boxes and there are not there. He hands me my potatoes and says "They are in your bag, but enjoy these too.". Are you kidding? Flat out calling me a liar. I again told him they were not there. I listed everything that was in the bag "Chicken, biscuits, and a small coleslaw, that's it. Where would they be hiding?". He again insisted they are in the bag. I've never ever been treated with so much disrespect in my life. As if I would go back out on such a dark rainy night just to cheat them out of some stupid mashed potatoes. I've had my orders at other places get messed up before. People make mistakes. I go back and get what I paid for. I've always gotten an apology, and sometimes will get something to compensate for their mistake to make sure their customers are happy and will come back again despite the mess up. I have never ever been told I'm too incompetent to find a large mashed potato and gravy in a bag with only 3 items in it, or that I'm a flat out liar and trying to steal an extra mashed potatoes from them. My complaint has nothing to do with the missing mashed potatoes, it's how the manager handled it once I had to come back. We are fairly new to the area and I've never eaten at a Bojangles before and I can promise you that I...
