Minuteman Press — Local services in Durham

I am beyond wowed by the service, quality, & customer experience at Minuteman Press. I had a last minute rush order for a booklet and it needed an additional page added in order to print correctly. They let me know and asked if it would be okay to add a page. I figured it would just be a blank but he actually inserted a note page that matched my booklet with the font and color. He said that he had worked with a lot of real estate agents and he knows how particular we can be (he's so not wrong!) and wanted to make sure it that it would look like a page that was always supposed to be there.

QIP was awesome. I had a really good experience here (after having unprofessional experiences at a few other print shops in Chapel Hill/Durham). I was referred to QIP to have my wedding invitations printed by someone at the Merry Martini and the owner of QIP was very helpful and professional. He printed off a number of examples of my wedding invitations on different paper and then after I chose, he had all of them ready for me in one half day. I had a fantastic experience! I was under a time crunch and had spend several days trying to find a place that could print my wedding invitations (on pre-cut paper). Office Max did a terrible job trying. I came to QIP and they had everything printed beautifully within an hour. The owner and his assistant even stayed past closing to complete my order in the same business day. This is a local business that is run by a small dedicated staff.
