I visited this restaurant for the first time and wasn’t sure how the ordering process worked. Unfortunately, the person preparing my plate was not patient at all. For example, when I got to the dipping sauce section, I needed a moment to decide. She immediately asked, “What dipping sauce do you want?” I replied, “I’m still thinking.” Less than a minute later, she asked again, “So you don’t want any dipping sauce?”
Throughout the ordering process, I felt rushed at every step. I don’t understand why a customer should be made to feel uncomfortable just for taking a few extra seconds to decide, especially when it’s their first time at the restaurant.
The business owner should really consider training staff on basic customer service and how to handle situations like this with more patience and respect. At the end of the day, it’s about treating people...

Every time I come to this CAVA, Louis has an attitude like he owns the place. Today, I ordered a kids’ pita (perfect portion for me) and asked for two dips. I was fine with an upcharge, but instead of just handling it, Louis called the manager like I was a problem. The manager gave it to me with no issue, so what was Louis’ problem?
Then, the same thing happened with my toppings—I asked for three instead of two (again, fine with an upcharge), and Louis again called the manager. The whole time, he’s looking around at other customers like I’m being difficult when he’s the one making it a big deal.

Read moreWe've been to this new CAVA location a couple of times now and the first few times there seemed to be an ongoing learning curve issue with the line crew (they didn't have the flow down like the Chapel Hill location so service was slow, they got the orders mixed up a bit and seemed to keep getting in each others way) which is probably perfectly normal for a newer crew/newer location. However this last time we went there were only 2 crew members out front (Mari and Rica) and they had the whole thing down tight. They were super efficient, got the orders right immediately, were friendly and moved customers through fast ! Completely different place compared to before. The food at CAVA is always awesomely good (at every location we've been to) so it isn't about that , it's about the crew who brought everything up...
