Just wasted $50 on food I don’t feel comfortable eating. Ordered online and tipped online only for my food to be delivered by a rude driver who waits on me to hand him more cash tips to rudely inform me that they don’t deliver to “you guys” so this will be the last delivery. Called in to more rudeness. I just know they did something to my food by the attitudes they have because of where I live. SMH. All they had to do was cancel the order online and I would have spent my $50 elsewhere. Now I have food that I refuse to eat cuz I’m pretty sure it was handled by racist. Just another lost. Live and learn. Never again Enzo’s or anything that reminds me of them. Trash

Delicious, feel like saying, "pizza is healthy!" I'm writing about the taste of the pizza we had (or in general) and I didn't order for delivery (so many negative reviews on that part). We used to have our veggie lover from pizza hut, but for the first time we tried here a big pizza with half veg out and a half spinach artichoke. That thin base, fully packed vegetables on one side and the other side tender chicken with a mix of quality cheese and the flavour of olive oil and yummmm! Probably they are selling pizza for the healthy eaters? I don't know, but definitely it's so different from the usual American chains. Love this.

This was my first time getting food here and it is terrible. The cheesy sticks had so much cheese that the bread part was not cooked at all - I mean melted cheese on dough was given to me. I added garlic to my small white pizza and they put a literal pound of fresh garlic on it. Maybe some people like that but I couldn't taste anything but garlic. I would have eaten 20 cloves and saved myself $20 - that's how much garlic was thrown on the small pizza. I am so disappointed because they came highly recommended. I'm not eating here again. I would have done better at Domino's.

I placed an order for delivery and was asked how I’d pay. I told the rep I’d be using my card and he asked if I wanted to leave a pre-tip. I explained that the past 2 visits my order had been incorrect, even causing me to be late for work so I’d prefer to tip the driver once I ensured my order was correct. He abruptly hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked what happened and if my order was being prepared and he told me yes I hung up and I said why would you just hang up the phone on me. He rambled something about ranch dressing and then says never mind. At that point I started to get frustrated and requested a manager. He stated, well if you insist. He put me on hold for over 15 minutes. I called back and a young lady answered the phone. Same thing, on hold for another 15 minutes. After that they literally would not answer the phone from my number so I called private and same thing put on hold. Never any resolution. I’ve spend a lot of money at this place over the past couple of years. My colleagues and I often order from here in groups on Friday and Saturday nights. I’ve never felt so disrespected. Today I called and the same thing. Manager refusing to speak to me. I’m not sure what’s going on but I’ve always spoke highly of this place. Love the food and certainly understand short staff and high demand but the way I was treated was absolutely unacceptable. I can only imagine it’s due to the immature staff they have working but this needs to be addressed. Last night I was at my part-time job and had convinced 4 co-workers that weren’t familiar with the place to try it. However after my experience trying to order they declined. So ultimately this employee’s attitude is also costing the company customers. However, if that’s how they do business, I will certainly spend my money else where. So just know that if you do have an issue, it most likely won’t be addressed...

Picture this: A four-hour drive ahead, and the thought of takeout pizza for dinner; Expectations? Middling at best. But let me tell you, this pizza experience blew those modest hopes right out of the water. Ordering online was a breeze. The pickup process at the restaurant? Seamless. The woman who handled our order didn't just toss it in a bag and send us on our way. No, she meticulously checked every detail—every add-on was accounted for. It was that little touch of care that you don't find everywhere these days. Efficient? Yes. Thoughtful? Absolutely. Now, here’s where the story gets interesting. After four hours in the car, my husband and I weren’t exactly ravenous. But we decided to sample our personal pizzas anyway. I fired up the oven to 425°F, popped the pizzas in on a sheet of parchment paper, and gave them a quick 7-8 minute refresh. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much—I mean, four hours in a car doesn’t typically do wonders for food. But oh, were we in for a surprise. The moment we took that first bite, it was like our taste buds woke up from a long nap and threw a party. My Bianca Rossa with the added ricotta was simply divine, and my husband’s ATM pizza with banana peppers had him speechless (a rare feat, let me tell you). In fact, we were so blown away that we couldn’t resist reheating the rest of our pizzas immediately. And devour them we did—no regrets, no leftovers. Honestly, it’s probably for the best that this place is a solid four hours away from us, or we’d be regulars. Weekly regulars! This pizza was a revelation, folks! Pure, Unadulterated Pizza Joy! Highly...

I am super disappointed with my experience today. My fiancé and I love the pizza and it’s usually really good, sometimes the dough can be undercooked but we usually ignore that when it happens, which again, is rare. But we order from here all the time. It’s definitely one of our regular places. Well, today we ordered and after paying the site told us it would be a 75 minute wait - which was a little annoying but it is Saturday night so understandable. I wish it had let us know that before paying though. Anyways, we wait an hour and I head over to pick it up, and on the way they call to tell me that my pizza has been ready for a while and was checking to make sure I was still coming. Which 1)it had only be 60 mins, so I thought I was early, and 2) how long had it been sitting there to make them call me and check? I would have definitely been here much sooner, and been much happier getting my pizza quicker. But now my pizza isn’t fresh and I’ve been waiting around for no reason. They should have some sort of notification when your order is ready- like every other restaurant. OR give accurate times for how long it will wait. I work in customer service and it takes a lot to upset me. I asked if they could give me some sort of coupon for my next order or something and they said no. They said they could remake my pizza, but I’m so hungry I don’t want them to remake my order. So, I’m left with a disappointing experience and will probably not be back. Which is such a bummer because their pizza...
