It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Durham

The wings are good, it's the customer service that's not right. This place is inside or a part of Chili's, I Ordered a couple of times, and both times no one came out to greet me. I just went and called while waiting outside I seen a worker look at the phone ringing and walked away, went inside and the worker I did see just disappeared with no greeting or anything. A simple hi, wouldn't kill. Had to just grab food off of the rack, with no one there it's pretty simple to take all the orders and leave lol. Waited over an hour for my wings, just for them to have been sitting out on a table for who knows how long. What was the point of me typing in my spot number for curbside? Paid for two sides of ranch, got all the way home and they didn’t give me any ranch at all. And it’s supposed to automatically come with ranch. Annoying experience which is unfortunate because I love it’s just wings but I did not have a pleasant experience at this...

I placed my order and went to pick it up at the time that it was supposed to be ready. I parked in to go parking. Nobody came to my car. I waited 10 minutes then got out and waited with other people. The chili’s girl asked if I had an order. I told her yes and my name. She never came back. I walked in and looked on the shelf with orders and found my bag. I took my order. They didn’t even notice me!!! And my food was cold. I only live 3...
