HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My order was incorrect on the screen not sure if she was having trouble hearing. I explained to the first window she said you can tell the window where you get your food. I explained to the second window I ordered a happy meal with 4pc nuggets not 4 pc nuggets and a small fries which when charge separately it cost the same as a happy meal! The guy just rolled his eyes and said “we gave you what you ordered” I explained yes I see the receipt but what I ordered was a 4pc chicken nugget happy meal and the person taking the order didn’t hear correctly and charged me 4pc nuggets and a small fries can you change it and if there is a difference I’ll pay. He got an attitude said if I needed more food go back in the drive thru and order. My 2 year old was hungry and screaming so I just took the food not looking in the bag, the coffee and left. As I park to give my daughter her food I noticed my McDouble and fries were not there. I go back to the drive through and again sent to the second window different guy and this one was more rude I explained and provided my receipt he didn’t look at it he just said what do you want?! I said for my order to be correct he handed me sugar at this point I was just annoyed and asked for cream. Thankfully the coffee was warm and it was black so the sugar and cream came handy. I paid $8.49 for a large coffee and 4pc nuggets and a small fries. Read morePulled up to the drive through speaker around 3AM on the 28th of January behind a pickup truck. The truck drove off instead of around, so I’m assuming what happened to us (as follows) happened to them as well. Once we got to the speaker/mic, we received no "hello" or any other real greeting (wouldn’t be a big deal if the interaction had ended with me eating anything on a McDonalds menu). Whoever was attending the drive thru suddenly came on blurted out "we are not serving lunch items at this time" or something like that. Since she specified "lunch items," my friend who was ordering for us said "...what are you serving?" The response was "nothin" followed by radio silence. No explanation, nothing. This IS a 24/7 drive thru location, no?
Look, I've had to work nights before, and I get it: it really sucks. I had nights when I did the bare minimum because I was tired, but I never outright refused to do my job.
Managers: It's simple, if your employee doesn't do their job, they obviously don't need to work that badly. Send them out the door and get somebody who will at least do THE MOST BASIC FUNCTION OF A RESTAURANT EMPLOYEE - TO TAKE MONEY IN EXCHANGE FOR FOOD.

Read moreThis location is by far the worst location in Durham. The service is worse than subpar. Only one lady there was kind. The other two ladies messed up my order and had a horrible attitude while doing so. I requested two sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meals one with a black coffee and 6 sugars on the side and a caramel frappe. Initially, they thought I ordered only a sweet tea. Not a big deal, I told them my order. They gave me my drinks. Another lady came to the window with my food and didn’t utter a word. I looked in the bag and noticed the sugars weren’t in the bag and saw a glimpse of a chicken sandwich. I told her that’s not my order. She asked me again what I ordered and for my receipt. I handed her my my receipt and order. Without apologies she handed me another bag. But I noticed there weren’t any hashbrowns in the bag. The supervisor then put hashbrowns in the bag and nearly threw the bag in my car. I get home just to see that there are no sugar for the coffee and the order is incorrect. I was given a ham McMuffin and a sausage McMuffin. At this point I believe the incompetence was intentional. They do not answer the phone and if it is answered someone hangs up immediately.
