I wanted to write this review and give a shoutout to the handsome gentlemen working at the mobile orders today on June 27, 2025 this morning! I placed a mobile order where I thought was this location. When I came in, I was greeted by a "good morning!" by this gentlemen in this very enthusiastic demeanor. Noticing that my order was not ready, I went ahead and waited for it. However the gentlemen (sorry I did not catch your name), asked what the name the order was under and I gave my name. He went to the tablet to double check and he noticed that my name was not on the list.
He then proceed to ask if it was possible that I may have ordered in a different nearby location. I double check my app and indeed I did order at a different Starbucks location, and I was disappointed and upset. Just as I was about to apologize and leave to go to the correct Starbucks, the gentlemen said that he would be more than happy to make it for me here free of charge since I have already paid for the products through the app even though it was at the incorrect location. I was extremely grateful and happy, and really appreciate his above and beyond customer service skills!
Starbucks HR, CEO, COO, and other executives, if you by chance are reading this, please give this gentlemen a raise or some kind of reward for his amazing interpersonal skills! He was amazing! I may not have caught his name, but I will forever remember his gesture!

Read morenever the best.. i usually go at least 3 times a week and it's never too busy. the staff is all quite grumpy and my drink always is slightly wrong and inconsistent in quality. i ordered an irish cream cold brew which is advertised with a dash of cocoa powder on top, but my drink was smothered in it. i couldn't even drink it without the cocoa going all over my face. i also asked for extra foam and didn't get that. i would be disappointed if i was a full price paying customer. when my drink was handed to me it was dripping down the sides of the cup with foam getting my hands covered, and i asked where napkins would be and was told they're near the front in a rude tone. my friends drink was also not correct, being too hot when she asked for kids temp. as a fellow starbucks barista i'm disappointed in the quality and friendliness of the location. i would say the extra 10 min drive is worth it to go to the location on...
Read moreUnfortunately I received very bad customer service at this location. I ordered a coffee in-store and waited around 15 minutes. After I noticed all the staff stopped making drinks, I checked the online order stand to make sure my drink was not accidentally placed there. None of the drinks on the online order stand were the correct milk or size (or the correct name). I went to the register to let the employee know that I still hadn't received my drink, and she proceeded to pull a coffee off the online order stand and pour it into an unmarked cup, place it in the counter and leave the register section. I knew this was the wrong order, but she didn't give me an opportunity to raises this as she left without speaking to me. I rarely go out for coffee and will avoid this location...
