What a nightmare! I drove to this Wendy's restaurant last night 11/16/2017 around 6:10 pm and I waited in the drive-thru lane for 35 minutes. Cars were leaving upset since no one was taking orders. I approached the drive-thru window and had to press the horn for someone to speak to me after 15 minutes of dead silence. There was no welcome to Wendy's, there was no our apologies for the inconvenience, NOTHING!. But an extremely rude teenager named "Alexis" who didn't let me speak and instead told me "what do you want me to do?" Then had the audacity to tell me that I was rude for pressing the car horn... really? how am I suppose to get someone to talk to me after several hello, hello, anyone there?. So I go inside to place my order since Alexis dismissed me by telling me Bye... Once inside Alexis, who by the way is an unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and confrontational girl, speaks to me as if I was bothering her or asking her for a favor. I guess she forgot I was a CUSTOMER, who was politely trying to order a meal for my kids. Her tone and demeanor were extremely impolite and I would NEVER visit this location. People like Alexis should not be speaking to the public and management should look real close who they hire to service the public and represent...
Read moreOk I get to the drive thru order 3 $5 bags it was on the screen added up correctly but when I get to the window to pay and checking my order the lady didn’t speak English I didn’t understand her at all she gave me just my 6 piece nuggets and no drinks and said that was it I had to tell her that wasn’t the rest of my order so a young girl with a brownish gold pony tail came to the window and I asked her bout my food as well and she squinted her eyes and looked at me and walked away. So I asked did anyone at the window speak English the manager replied No about the older lady at the window and the girl looked back at me again rolled her eyes. Then the manager gives me my receipt and only gives me two of my orders she claims she didn’t hear my other order but before I left the drive thru I seen all my 3 orders on the screen. Then she asks for my card again n didn’t give me the last receipt for the meal that she took off the first time we told her and rung me up. Read moreThis is the worst example of what is otherwise a wonderful company. Drive through was slow, had to give my simple order three times. Waited to pay, waited more for my food. Then, when I got home, literally everything I ordered was wrong. I called, got hung up on, called back talking with one person, explaining my issue. She literally just handed the phone to someone else, and I got to start all over with my issue. The manager said she couldn't do anything for me unless I drove back, but she'd fix my order, refund my money, and give me a future order on the house...at least that's what I think she said. She was very hard to understand over the phone. On arriving, I was treated to another wait in the drive thru. Had to explain the issue again. I may have gotten a refund, but I didn't get a receipt at any step in this process so who knows. No food, no freebie. Hour of my life for a 4 item order, which I didn't even get.
