Oh my gracious y'all. Last night was the Best food I've had in years, anywhere. The very best cooking you can imagine. This girl cares about what she puts out.it was actually a girl and a guy. They both were cooking and careing about the prep from the beginning all the way to the table. Wether it's to go or dine in she knocked the ball out of the park. The restaurant had every table full during supper and the turnover was perfect. And I just had a party melt. My daughter had Philly cheese steak and my granddaughter had chicken strips and just before I was ready to check out, I ordered my husband a country fried steak. Point is WE ALL JUST WENT ON AND ON ABOUT HOW GOOD EACH PLATE WAS. EVEN MY HUSBAND WAS BRAGGING ABOUT HIS FOOD THAT WAS TAKE OUT. IT WAS PLATED BEAUTIFULLY AND IT WAS DELICIOUS. GREAT JOB TO THE COOKS AND GREAT JOB TO THE SERVER. Let me also say the server was awesome. She handled the restaurant in a beautiful manner considering she had it by herself. ILL TELL YOU THIS. IM READY TO GO TO HUDDLE HOUSE AGAIN TONIGHT! I CANT BRAG BIG ENOUGH ON YOU GUYS! AWESOME GREAT FOOD, COMPANY, SEEVICE, JUST EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME...

Pro's: Good Pricing -Tasty food items -Polite Staff
Con's: -Extremely slow service -Tables aren't cleared in a timely manner leading to lines and long wait times
Overall: I enjoy going to the Huddle house once a week or so for breakfast, I particularly recommend the Strawberry french toast. Most of the staff are pleasant though they don't pay enough attention to those that are waiting for a table to be cleared or have been waiting to order. There is a silver lining, as there is one of the waitress that tends to cover the entire dining area (not just her section) and will clear tables and take care of any customer if she feels they are not being taken care of well enough. If not for this individual then I would have to give this restaurant a much lower rating. Her service is what bumped this from a 2.5 star to a 4 star review. I've made this decision over the course of 3 weeks or so. I recommend going to the Huddle house for breakfast or brunch and will add the waitress's name once I swing back in. (As I didn't...
Read moreI understand for one why this is Huddle House and not Waffle House. The absolute worst waffle I have ever had. Soggy and somehow cold even though as soon as my order said completed I walked in and got it. Then to top it off the Fried Pickle Basket, which shows a photo of 11 sliced fried pickles and fries, only came with 5 fried pickles. When I called the restaurant the first person I spoke with seemed to care, but of course the cook claimed that's all that was supposed to be in there. If that's the case then I'm claiming false advertising on them for the amount of food their pictures claim in comparison to what their cooks are serving. So, an undercooked, cold, soggy waffle and a small fried pickle basket with cold soggy unsalted fries. That was my experience and I will never eat at Huddle House, in Dyersburg or anywhere else ever again. Especially since they didn't even try to make it right. And I will be sure to tell everyone I know, to choose another...
