I'm Bridgette Kyzar I called and placed an order over the phone for one large pepperoni melt without anything else and Parmesan shaker I ordered the second order was a half chicken bacon ranch or chicken parm with white sauce and the other half French fries with a 20 oz Dr pepper and then a $7 chocolate chip cookie to split and it was delivery I gave $40 to the driver he gave me $4 bills that was not the correct change I called and reported it to Sean at the dyersburg Dyer county Tennessee restaurant he told me he would not give me my cash back but he would refund it in Pizza Hut basically dollars are a debit card I call this morning which is today is September the 2nd 2024 to have the order replaced one chicken parm with french fries one pepperoni full melt one 20 ounce Dr pepper and $17 chocolate chip cookie and the lady that was there today some black lady tried to charge me $7.88 to replace the phone and I'll leave my telephone number for you to figure it out because the lady hung up on me here today at dyersburg and this was simply your error I and my husband are home doing we're supposed to because we are positive for covid-19 and we thank y'all for it being such a luxury experience with y'all behind us delivering our food thanks you did not stand up to your guarantee of get your pizza anyway you want it anyway you want it even when you pay for it you'd like to get it replaced for free especially when they didn't fix it right to be with Shawn needs to be taken care of and so does the lady Sarah. They said that the driver could not find the business so he took my order back to the store. I never got a call that he was lost. I never got a call for anything. I asked them could they bring it back since i did already pay online. They told me that it would be awhile cause he was on other delivery. They did not say sorry or come up with a solution. Read moreGreat location. I usually get exactly what’s expected, great pizza at a solid price. Staff is actually friendly and appear to enjoy their jobs which is so rare right now. I do however have an issue with being ask if I would like to add a tip to food that is already paid for. If I wanted to add a tip to an order I went to the restaurant to pick up, it would be included. There’s something so incredibly wrong about asking for tips and not just the employees. Lowest recommended tip percentage on an order I have to go to the store to pick up is 15%, I have to do a custom tip to tip anything under that. I am very serious when I say if it is a regular thing to be asked for a tip at the window when I’m picking up my own order, I promise you I will stop returning to this restaurant.
