Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Eagan

I will never order from this location again! I have ordered from them twice and both times has been a disaster! The first time, the driver had a bad attitude because she had to come to the actual delivery address (as on the delivery instruction ) and couldn’t just drop off at any side of the building. She proceeded to give me a “mini lecture” on how confusing the directions were (simply was our exact address) and told me to write “they should come to back of the building next time”. So, the next time, out of courtesy, I did just that! However, the next driver was confused by that. He said “ I was confused by back of building, did you mean the garage “? I informed we wrote that to satisfy the first driver’s request in hopes it would help future drivers to know they need to come a street over. But nope! He was irritated by directions . He also drove in and drove out with the pizza. He didn’t stop or wait long and he did not know we were downstairs watching him pull in. Had he stopped for a few minutes, we would of come out to grab it. But nope, he was super impatient stating “your number didn’t work”. Yes, but the tracker tells us when you arrive and that is why we were down there waiting. He drove away with the pizza initially and marked the order “delivered “ but had to come back, after we called the store. His negative energy was just an appetite deterrent and when we opened the box we discovered it was missing our toppings and the pizza had a dent it. The presentation further spoiled our appetite. Although we had to call and get it corrected, by then we lost our appetite and couldn’t eat the pizza or wings at all. I will no longer order from a place that allows their drivers to ruin the dinning experience. The presentation of the food seems to be less than acceptable . Second time in 3 weeks the pizza delivery was really late. The first time, afterwards we received an email that due to the late delivery we would get a free pizza. Last night, it was 30 minutes late. The “tracker” showed the pizza had been delivered 5 minutes after our requested time, but we did not have a pizza. I waited 10 more minutes and then called the store and was on hold 4 minutes and then explained what the “tracker” showed, but no pizza was delivered. They said, the tracker was a little ahead of the actual delivery and our pizza was on its way. It was another 12 minutes before the pizza was delivered. I don’t understand why the difference in what the tracker showed and the actual delivery time. Is someone trying to make it look like the pizza was only 5 minutes late? Will see what happens the next time. Good news the pizza...

The first time I ordered from here, i ordered carry out. When we arrived outside, two of the employees were right out front smoking. (Not a good look) Once we received our pizza and went home, we realized they gave us the wrong pizza. We were just going to grin and bare it and eat what we had but it was so dry, there was no way to enjoy it. We called, they said they would credit my dominos account and I would receive a refund, but never did neither. A few weeks later, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and order from them, once more. Delivery this time. When I opened my box of bread twist, there was so much grease/oil at the bottom is was soaking threw the box. I even took a picture! I know it’s “just a pizza place” but there has to be some standard or level they hold themselves to. I will NEVER order from this...
