Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Eagan

I ordered carry-out here after my online order could not go through due a coupon malfunction even though it was on their store #1939 menu and I had to call it in over the phone and things were not clearly explained and I I had relayed my order, as how I made my order online, to the lady over the phone who took it...I always have ordered online and picked up the orders at the store, wherever I am at, since I travel a lot. I had ordered at this store in the past and while there was another closer store, I was thinking how okay my experience was before, my order was wrong at the store and one topping was not put on there because I was told, " hearty marinara sauce" is considered a topping...By the shift or store manager Nikki after I inquired why my green pepper fifth topping had not been put on my pizza, and that is what I was told...I never heard that while ordering pizza at Domino's, ever, and this has been my only go-to pizza chain...

I could understand why it could be considered a topping since it is a business and it has to make money and prices on foodstuffs are up..However; I was more upset about how little sauce was on my pizza when I dug into when I got back to my room and also very skimpy on toppings like sausage and chicken and mushrooms and barely any sauce, I should have mentioned to make sure the pizza maker had a good amount of sauce on there, since now I will have to put extra on my order, since I never have had a problem with the amount of sauce on Domino's pizza before..I had called their MI, customer service location after I was not any way happy with my order, both the pizza and specialty chicken with hardly any pineapple or sauce on it either..and it was dry....The customer service rep told me that the hearty marinara sauce is NOT considered an topping and had a disbelief, chuckle when I told him about my order...I was supposed to get contacted by this Domino's store, but never heard anything, either phone or email...and, to me, this is an indication about how they do business here and how I was treated as a customer..I have not heard anything back from them and I will avoid ordering from this location, while in town as I got ripped-off and even though the manager was busy with orders, telling customers wrong information like sauce being considered a topping, when Domino's corp, told me otherwise, and that it would be charged extra had I got the green peppers last topping I wanted...is outright...

Terrible experience getting my order. I ordered at 4:40pm via the web. After placing my order, I received a window of 19-29 minutes for my carside delivery. I got my kids in the car and drove to the restaurant. I received a text saying that my order would be ready for pickup between 5:05pm - 5:15pm. I arrived at the location at 5:14pm and checked in with the I'm here option on the weborder. I started my timer on my phone to see how accurate the "delivery to my car within 2 minutes" thing they talk about. 5 minutes passed and no food. Since I had my kids all buckled in the carseats, I just called the store from the car. The person that answered said they hadn't even put my pizza in the oven and that I had to be patient. My timer was 20 minutes by the time they bothered to bring me my order. This is a very, very long time for a company that promises carside delivery within 2 minutes and provided me with a pickup time window. Completely unacceptable, especially trying to entertain toddlers while just sitting in a parking spot. Won't order from this...

Eagan Dominos is our freakimg favorite. Always comes through!!! When my husband and I order Dominos, it is usually last minute after a hard day, and they deliver fresh, hot wings and pizza EVERY. TIME. We ordered at midnight the day before the 4th of July after a crazy long day, and for the first time the delivery didn't come as quick as we were used to - the tracker wasn't updating like normal, and I couldn't call to get ahold of the store. After about 45mins/an hour I was going to stop by the store to see what's up, but before I left the driver had arrived at our house. She apologized profusely for the wait (they were extremely busy) and the pizza and wings were fresh and piping hot. Sooo worth the wait, especially since they were one of the few things open at midnight before a holiday. We see you,...
