First, teach the employees how to listen. I ordered a mini tuna and, after doing so, the guy asked if I wanted regular or large. Then, as the woman was finished preparing my sandwich, she asked if I wanted anything else, to which I said no, and then she asked if I wanted chips or a drink. Hellooooooo!
Next, as she was ringing up my order, a woman walked in and the woman waiting on me stopped serving me and served the woman who just came in. Your customer service barely gets one star.
The sandwich itself is bland. I don’t expect pizazz with a tuna sandwich, but this is disappointing. Subway and Pork Belly have better, but I thought I’d give Mike’s a try.

For me, however, I came because I have celiac disease and was told there was a good GF protocol. Specifically, I chose this location because of its proximity to Bittersweet. Read moreI ordered from this store for online delivery and only received 1/3rd of my order. When I called, the only options they gave me was a partial refund or make the food for me to come pick up. I elected to pick up the food and tried to address the problem with the manager in the store. After talking for 10 minutes, it was clear he wasn't going to do anything. I submitted a complaint and customer support request in the app and have not been contacted. So I got to pay $11 for delivery and still had to go pick up my food because Jersey Mike's "didn't get all the food in the bag" (to which they admitted).
