McDonald's — Restaurant in Eagan

If I can give this a ZERO star rating I would!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here my order is WRONG. For the past YEAR (which I should’ve know better) I’ve come to this McDonalds since it’s close to home and sometimes my LO wants some nuggets with Chocolate milk. Their drive thru are ALWAYS rushing people away and end up missing items we’ve ordered.

Last time I came with my family to get a happy meal and a 10pieces combo. The happy meal COMES with a drink right?! The person running drive thru rushed us out the window WITHOUT THE MILK. When we go back around he’s like “that’s not what you ordered” we proceeded to ask “so the happy meal doesn’t come with a drink?” His response was “oh yeah, my bad” handed us the milk.

This morning we decided to stop AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION to get breakfast since my LO wanted a hash brown. Mind you our order was what I assume simple. Apple pie, small mocha TWO EXTRA SUGARS, large Frappe no whip EXTRA MOCHA DRIZZLE and sausage cheese McGriddle. We pay for everything and get to the second window and asked “is there extra sugar in here” (just to make sure) “yeah yeah” my husband tries it AND NO SUGAR WAS ADDED. We had to ask for sugar packets. Now to the Large Frappe... I’m assuming they know what EXTRA DRIZZLE is since I repeatedly said it so it can be done. They had me my Mocha frappe WITH NO EXTRA DRIZZLE and when asked about it they wanted us to pull around and park. I don’t have time for that I have to go to work and daycare. This is the MOST RIDICULOUS location ever AND SOME of their staff are SO RUDE!! There is a handful of staff that I like ordering from and lately I have not seen...

First off the young man who took my order was very business like,not really welcoming,but still respectful. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal and upgraded my drink to a strawberry shake. Got the shake first had to wait about five minutes,but the young man kept me informed on the delay; the fries were still being prepared. The meal came and I went to the condiment/ drink station and both ketchup pump reservoirs needed refilling. I let the young man know and he thanked me. I ate my meal with the little drizzle of ketchup the pump had allowed. Was not enough for more than ten fries. I could have made due with the little packages of ketchup they have on the counter,but elected not to. I can eat their fries dry, they're that tasty. I kept expecting them to refill the ketchup reservoir while I was eating,but to my surprise they had not filled it. It might be empty still. I expect someone during the supper rush will say something about it. The place looked clean enough except for spillage in drink/ condiment which had dried on the floor.There was a napkin lying in the floor there too. I don't expect much from a fast food place,but the food should be fresh and tasty. And the eating areas clean. The fries were right out of the fryer,so they passed. The quarter pounder with cheese was tasty,but a little greasy. Caused me to have to get more napkins.That's when I noticed the napkin and dried spillage. So they flunked the cleanliness test. Also gave them a low grade for their final score on service,because no one filled the ketchup reservoirs during the twenty minutes I was at this eating...

Went through the drive thru around 7:30 pm on July 29th paid for food and was told the receipt machine was not working said no problem. Pulled forward to get food and was given warm pop because they had no ice, then waited several minutes and they came back and asked if we got our pop and I said yes but not the rest of our order got additional items and left. Realized we still didn't have all of our food (our fault for not checking again) went back the next day was waiting in line and several customers returning to counter multiple times for missing food. Told the guy behind me the kids are very young and clearly had not received much training and we're trying their best. Mentioned to worker we had paid for food the night before in the drive thru and did not receive also did not receive all our food. He called for someone named Oscar to come over and he responded no. Young girl wearing Gucci headband comes up and indicated I was not being truth because the receipt machine always works and they don't hand out free food. I tried to explain that I had previous worked in the MN Regional Office of the McDonald's Corporation and this is not the usual way things are handled I was then told to Fu×× Off by another person in the restaurant. So after being compassionate to the young men truly trying their best I get insulted called a liar and seeker of free food 🤣😂🤣. My mother also worked for McDonald's Regional office for over 30 years and I have never heard of an incident as ridiculous as this one. Props to the kids doing their best thumbs down 👎 to...
