Probably the worst customer service at a Chick-fil-a I have ever experienced and I eat at alot of CFAs. This is the very first bad review I've given one.
The order taker was pretty nice but after my order was taken, and I sat down at a table to wait on my order, a girl came by, and when I say dropped my order at me, she DROPPED IT! I wish I was exaggerating. She definitely let go and it was airborne while she turned her back to me, as the tray slapped on the table. She didn't even give me a glance or can I get you anything else, nothing. If I wasn't starving, I woulda gave my order back and walked out. I noticed that they was definitely regulars there that ate frequently and to them team members were nice and chatty.
But I wasn't the only person she just flung their order to. The next person she did it to, I made eye contact with and he looked at me like "for real??" After I ate my order, I walked up to the front counter to get a refill on my drink to take to-go and almost everyone that was working behind the counter were having conversations with other customers, that by the way they were talking, seemed friends or family.
It seemed to me that they favored regulars or family and new people got the cold shoulder. Hope the Operator sees this and has an refresher on...
Read moreWe arrived and no one offered to help take our order, upon finding out where you order, there was a sign that said “mobile check in only” so we were confused on where to order. Once we figured out that was the only place to order, as I tried to order the young employee said for us to wait and someone else would take our order. Ok fine, when ordering we were speaking English to the young lady taking our order, and she continued to speak Spanish. Not an issue for me, but for my husband who doesn’t speak Spanish it would have been hard for him to order if I wasn’t there to assist in translating. It is common sense if someone is speaking to you in English, that you would speak English to them as some people don’t know any other language. Then as we tried to sit down all the tables were dirty and no one was cleaning them. The place was filthy, and when our food was given to us the guy just threw it to the table and placed our drinks on the table without saying which drink was which. I laways ask if my jalapeños is in the bag just to make sure, and most employees will let me know if they forgot and ask me to hold on while they get my jalapeño. Not this guy!! I asked him and he gave me a weired look saying yes its in there, I drive up enough to where the vehicle behind me can reach the window and look in the bag because something told me this guy was lying, sure enough no jalapeño!!! Had to get down, ealk towards the drive thru, stand in front of the car that was getting their order which everyone was looking at me funny but I asked him and he was like oh I'm sorry sir.. I was like dude!!! I even asked you and you said yes!! You lied straight to my face!! If you didn't check and you're not sure just be honest and tell me. Don't lie to me and make your whole company look bad! One employee can make the whole company look bad, others working hard to be honest and provide great customer service and the here you come and ruin everybody elses...
