Burlington — Local services in Eagle Pass

Went to Burlington store in Eagle Pass, worst experience I've ever had, after waiting in line in what seemed a I hour wait because there was 30 to 40 customers in line waiting to get checked out. When finally at a register checking out noticed a blanket I was purchasing was dirty and soiled , I asked to exchange it and register operator informed that I could exchange it but she would have to finish ringing me up and I would have to go find the replacement item and then get back at the end of the line to do the exchange. Mind you this was an identical item I was exchanging. So here I go to the end of the line another 45 minute wait. I then asked to talk to the Store Manager and at first they sent me a supervisor, so I repeated my request for the Store Manger, which she finally showed up , needless to say she didn't look happy that she was having to address a customer concern. I explained to her my issue but basically said get to the end of the line take it or leave it. Also stating there was nothing she could , all while implying I was been rude to her. I stated to her if anybody was being rude it was her to me the customer all because I had a customer concern. Since the store manager was not very customer friendly I had to request the district managers phone number which I requested for to please write down on a piece of paper along with his name, needless to say she refused, she stated she was going to give it to me verbally and that was all I was going to get. Total lack of customer service. I did manage to talk to the district manager and discussed the store issue, but at the end also informed him that I would never walk into the Eagle Pass store again. At this point I sure the store manager is probably happy because it seems she does not enjoy interacting with customers. Her quote to me was if your from out of town you do not understand how it's here in Eagle Pass. Needless to say I was lost for word. I have to ask myself is this the way Burlington wants to be...

Yo esta muy agusto de ir avisitar esta tienda . No avía tenido ningún problema . Asta este sábado del presente año . Fui a regresar unos artículos todo iría bien asta que uno de ellos no se encontraba en el recibo Dirás que paso . Paso que una de las trabajadoras que me atendió días antes no lo cobro. Y ami me trataron como si yo tuviera la culpa más aparte como si yo me lo lleve Para empezar ello tienen que quitar el seguro puesto que yo no tengo una maquina en mi casa para eso . La encargada se llevó mi recibo que lo iva ver en camaras me hizo espera tanto y vino y dijo lo vas a dejar por que no lo pagaste y yo como no si me lo lleve ami casa su trabajadora "me lo cobro" cosa que no hizo pero yo no puedo estar al tanto de su trabajo de esa trabajadora yo dije si lo echo en la bolsa y le uito el seguro es porque ya lo cobro . Bueno me trataron como si fuera una ladrona . Y la verdad me sentí pésimo por que avía mucha gente puesto que seria el domingo día de la madre yo lo iva a cambiar para ponerme algo ese día festejar mi día. Me hicieron esperan 48min yo tenia que regresar ami trabajo . Claro que regrese el vestido no soy una persona que tenga que robar . Pero ni las disculpa , tan flojas , ni el descuido de su trabajadora , no medijieron ladrona directamente pero sin indirecta por su forma de hablarme , tratarme , aaaaa por sierto yo no vi que me pagaran mi tiempo que ami si me van descontar . Más aparte como me hicieron sentir . Es por eso que por nada del mundo regresaré esa tienda Y a la encargada de turno capacite bien su trabajadores Y ella misma que se capacite bien en como va tratar a una persona . Y con sus disculpas no me van hacer que olvide la vergüenza y el mal día que me...

If you love waiting an hour for just 2 items this is the place to go. 😒😠🤬😡There were about 50 customers waiting in line. There were only 2 cashiers attending us😡. After 50 minutes, finally, another cashier arrives, but instead of opening a cash register, he starts fixing the hangers 😒😠😡if i would have known there were only 2 cashiers, i wouldnt have wasted my time getting in line to purchase items.Never again will I go shop at this store!😠 .Whoever is managing this store is doing a horrible job!
