There aren't any 'No Dogs Allowed' policies posted on the entrances to this mall. My family and I took our well behaved and well contained dog in his Dog Stroller. There are no policies on Dog Strollers. My dog was not walking loose on a leash. My dog was not stepping on mall ground nor anywhere near food stands. We took him because in January we asked 2 other securities outside the IBC bank and they said we were allowed to take our dog as long as he stayed in his stroller and behaved. Today we were asked to leave by a different security guard because he said "dogs in general are not allowed." I didn't get his name but everyone knows him because he's the short one with all these arm tattoos that's been working there since the mall was built back in 1982. I'm going to seek legal advice on dog strollers policies because we are consumers and like to shop locally and Lord knows this mall needs business and saving from complete shut down. What I do know is that it's ILLEGAL TO LEAVE A PET IN YOUR CAR. The mall even has a sign on the entrance door that says to keep our pets safe and enjoy the summer. Hmm. We just want to shop, take our furbaby along in his dog stroller, and help normalize this mall a bit with other malls like Northstar and Mall del Norte. 😀 Mall De Las Aguilas needs to welcome shoppers and our business and get on the same level as surrounding malls and...
Read moreHonestly, for me, the best thing about this mall is the movie theater. Sure, they have a lot of stores, but the largest portion of them are either high end retail stores that cost quite a lot or shoe stores. In fact, I think they have more shoe stores than anything else. For the smaller stores, the ones selling random, somewhat out of the norm items, you are probably going to find some cool stuff and at a good price.
They recently added a Forever 21 Red and it takes up a very large portion of the store and the prices here are ridiculous. I went in with 100 dollars and only managed to get a shirt, a jean jacket and some very small accessories. It is the type of store, both in cost and in design, that you would expect to find in a much larger mall, and it just does not fit into the small, single story mall that it is in.
I would love to see some of the shoe stores replaced by things such as Hot Topic or other trending stores that offer more than just expensive and flashy clothes. I would also love to see Rue 21 given more space, as it has great sales all the time and they have a very wide array of clothing and accessories. The problem is, the store is cramped into a tiny space with limited room to stack things, causing the shelves to overflow and the racks to become so full you can't browse without knocking stuff down or...
Read moreWalked into Outlet Bros today looking for pjs, I had only my wallet, phone and keys in hand. I was wearing a sheer shirt with a tank underneath. If I were trying to steal something it would be ridiculously noticeable! I though it odd that one of the guys kept passing back and forth. I figured ok he’s checking on inventory (During one of the times he passed I asked if they had a dressing room he said no, I asked what the return policy was in case something didn’t fit, he said all sales are final -just fyi) Then the other guy came and stood across clothes rack I was looking through and pretend to look through the clothes. I’ve never felt so...
