Marshalls — Local services in Eagle Pass

1st time visiting the Marshalls store here. Wanted to purchase a set of make up brushes. Found some that were damaged not only the package but the brushed were scratched due to the box cutter that damaged the package. Asked if there was a discount for it being damaged and both the cashier and manager were reluctant to even give a small discount for something that was clearly damaged. The manager was extremely sassy and seemed like she hated her job there or was having a horrible day perhaps. The other issue was that the store is cluttered and frankly, for value and customer service comparison, just stick to an actual retailer as they are not very far off in price and you will actually receive top quality customer service which is priceless! Went to Bealls instead and got a way better deal for a BRAND NEW set and the cashier helped me pick them, was super attentive and made my shopping...

Went to Marshall yesterday, I always had the impression that it was expensive, but was pleasantly surprised with some items. I went in to see what they had for baby clothes, and found the cutest, most adorable selection. And what's best, is that the prices were decent. Some items were even underpriced in my opinion.
