Used to love this place so much and went there for years with no issues up until now. I work close by so I would go pretty frequently, typically every Saturday afternoon. The girl they used to have working Saturday afternoons was wonderful, but now they have somebody different working Saturdays and she is absolutely awful. Horrible customer service and she takes around 15 minutes to make my drink after I order even if Iām the only customer there. Today (1/4/25) I went in and ordered a strawberry fields with strawberry poppers. (Something the other girl always remembered when I came in, props to her!!) and she took around 15-20 minutes to make it and then didnāt even make the drink I ordered. She had put in strawberry jellies into the drink and when I said if they were out of the poppers that was fine, but I wish she would have let me know so I could just get a different flavor of poppers as I donāt like the jellies. She didnāt seem interested at all in remaking the drink, and when I asked for a refund, she very reluctantly agreed but I still had to stand there for another 10 minutes as she I guess tried to figure out the system, so I am now stuck with a gift card I donāt even know works. The lady who ordered in front of me commented to them how sweet it was, and the girl being trained even comme ted that she knew she messed up the drink and would remake it. Red flag #1.
Red flag #2 came when they got the orders mixed up and just started throwing receipts away on their to do list. One of them being mine.
One of the four girls decided that talking with what I can only assume to be her friends (three of the 5 people who came in after me) and got their drinks going before even taking a new walk in person's order. Red flag #3.
When I went up after the 3rd or 4th person after me got their drink, they asked me what my drink was again. I went to the bathroom really quick and came out to what seemed to be a drink that was possibly made wrong or for someone else, seeming to have sat for several minutes with most of the ice being melted to smaller pieces, along with the powder flavoring layering the bottom. Red flag #4.
No apologies, even though I could see in the faces of two of the four workers they knew they messed up.

Haven't had any issues or rudeness in a long time! Sometimes the drinks and original boba are inconsistent but still very good! Original: Took my kiddo in and didn't have a great experience. The tea is okay but the staff's attitude make it difficult to want to come back. They also messed up my order but I'm too introverted to stand up to someone who was initially rude to me and explain that something isn't right so it's partly my fault for not speaking up... Anyway just left disappointed. Will maybe try again in the future but It didn't really feel welcoming to a mom and kid more focused on trendy...
