I used to live right across the street. -I moved onto hwy 16. I paid the $1.95 in delivery even though I could have left my children unsupervised for less than 5 min to pick up on a weekend night. Im more than happy to give a 20$ dollar tip if a delivery service would come here because my toddler and infant are in bed. I work 6 days a week, 8 to 10 hours a day - plus my unpaid hours of being mom and house keeper. Im tired and hungry. The kids ate at 6. I want a pizza ....but dominos won't drive the extra 5 min to my house. My baby is asleep....please I offered to pay by phone an extra tip. "I don't care" was Aubrey response. But I Was honest about not being able to drive in. Manager Aubrey was unkind, treated me like a stupid drunk (even though i wasn't drinking) and questioned me. I asked her for her information and she asked me what number I was asking for? Really? Im not stupid and im not drunk, im a hungry mom (single) (judge me of you want) of 5 kids and I want pizza. I offered a $20 or more tip. When I was in high school they and everyone else delivered to firebird raceway. They have a big first race tomorrow night. If dominos went national why am I being given the store number as a contact and store number for her? Dominos pizza is not good enough to be treated like crap.... thank you Aubrey for being you...I hope it works well for the company. Thx...
Read moreI had the worst customer experience with this location. I had called ahead to ask if I could use a $100.00 bill to pay if I came in to pick up my order since I know drivers don't carry enough cash or take such large bills. I was told that I could do that, so I ordered and when I went to pick up my food I was told that I could not use a 100, and to go to the gas station next door to try to break it. I explained that I had called ahead and was given a blank stare, so I asked for the manager (not a Karen I swear) and I explained the situation to the manager who told me that I could not pay with a 100 and to try the gas station to break it. No apology or empathy for the screw up whatsoever. So, I said "Well, I drove here from Boise because you are the closest store to me, and I called ahead to make sure this was okay, so I won't be back." They said "okay" and that was that. I haven't been back. That was 3 years ago. After 2 years of being a loyal customer (1-2 orders a month) I got zero empathy and horribly incorrect information, and more importantly no...
Read moreI will definitely not be coming to this Dominos location ever again. I placed an order and drove to this location. I came to find out that I ordered at the wrong dominos on State Street. The other was 20 minutes away. I asked if they could just do my order at this location, and the rude girl that was working at the time said “well we’d have to call the other store and cancel your order if it’s not already made, but if it is you’re gonna have to go get it”. As if she pays for my car gas and meal. There was a young gentlemen that offered to make my meal and the girl rudely responded by saying are you gonna make the phone call then? I just decided to leave and drive to the other location frustrated. Stop being lazy and simply do...
