I stopped in this morning to grab a smoothie to start my day. I'm a green type of girl, so I'm always most interested in options within that category. I opted for the Lite & Lean as it boasted the largest number of green ingredients (Spinach, Celery, Cucumber) along with pineapple and agave. At first past this might sound like a what are you thinking type drink, but I assure you it was actually really, really good. I also love that they use a natural sweetener like agave. They have a host of different added boosters you can consider, some of which are complimentary and others for a nominal 50 cents more. I opted for the Vitamin C extra, as I seem to be fighting a summer cold. While I was waiting for my order, I noticed one of the nominal charge boosters was a vegan protein powder. I asked the gal who took my order what was in the powder, as they are definitely not all created equal. She was kind enough to bring me the bag and let me read the ingredient list. Not only were there just a few simple ingredients, there were no added fillers, no stevia or other sweeteners and it boosted 26 grams of protein. Not bad! The store was clean and both of the ladies working were friendly and attentive. They do offer fresh squeezed juices and acaia bowls as well. I felt their prices were reasonable and actually cheaper than some of the other...

First time here! Wanted a smoothie bowl, I walked in and wasn’t acknowledged (not a big deal), a girl walked up to take my order, I said hi and smiled and she didn’t make eye contact with me or say anything and was just standing there looking around. I said “sorry I haven’t been here before” cause I was looking at the menu for a moment, again did not say anything to me. Again not a huge deal it’s just something to expect when you’re going to these places that hire younger employees, I think it’s something that comes with age. I work with a lot of teens I get it. I ordered a bowl, she asked me if I wanted to join their phone number program and proceeded to tell me my total. I kind of wish she would have asked if I wanted anything else, I was going to buy a couple things but the interaction wasn’t really going that great and I didn’t want to continue it. I will say the two girls were definitely working hard, there was a few people in there so maybe they were stressed. Definitely fixable which is why I’m leaving a review.

wish i could give this a 0. i wish i could get the last hour of my life back that i wasted waiting for two smoothies. didn’t know when i came it that there would be an hour wait. not to mention how outrageously high the prices are, i would not wish this costumer service and experience on my worst enemy. atrocious, horrible, barbaric, cruel, appalling, dreadful, these words aren’t vivid enough to explain my true feelings. on the bright side when i asked for a water cup they gave me the good ice so that’s the only good thing that came out of this experience. after an hour wait for two smoothes, and two others in the store while the employees were chatting up a storm i am very unimpressed with the management of this place. i would’ve been less harsh if the employees looked like they were at least trying to go fast, but they were NOT fazed. it got to the point where i was ready to leave and forget the $18 i spent.
