Boise Fry Company — Restaurant in Eagle

Who wants some insanely good fries and burgers! Head over to Boise Fry Co! They have a really unique atmosphere there that is one of their major highlights. Boise Fri Co is placed next to Chinden to the left (or the right depending on which way you are going) there is more than one Boise Fri Co but this is the best out of all of them.

So the restaurant has clean floors they were moderately clean they weren’t like insanely clean but they were a very good level of cleanliness. They also had another restaurant connected to them (or being rented out space) and this fact was very interesting to this family. But sadly the “Waffle Me Up” place is only open from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and so they weren’t able to get any.

This restaurant is a place recommended to pretty much everyone of all ages there is a little alcohol area. But there are coloring’s on the walls and the tables are really tall and they have special high chairs that they let the little kids use. And they have vegetarian/vegan food and they have just meat and many types of burgers and the fries The burgers were also really good as the burgers were from being a bison burger to a bean burger. Their cows were grass-fed and their fry’s local from the farmers and they were organic. This is something that they really liked about this place.

This family really likes fresh organic and healthy food and so this place was awesome for them! What was found out and liked about the place is that they have disposable paper straws and the cups are reusable. Their food isn’t cheap but it also isn’t pricey (well they didn’t get drinks so that might add up) but a family of six ate there for 60.00$ for all of them. The burgers are from 9.00$ for a bison burger to 6.00$ for a beef burger and they have an option to get a salad-style burger (which is in a bowl with lettuce) instead of a bun.

The burgers were perfectly grilled and the fries were fresh from the local farmers in the area! They also have 1 grill, 5 fry cookers, and a lot of kitchen equipment. They were out of purple potatoes, so that was a little sad but it was ok the burgers and fries were still really good. They had a really good savory taste almost like bacon, and the texture was crunchy and overall pretty good, but the smell of the food was the best it smelled like a burger and fries that were right off the grill.

This is definitely one of the best restaurants that they have gone to in a long time and they also agree that it is really good but yes they would recommend this restaurant to all ages. It was a unique experience to learn more about how they started because that was asked but the worker didn’t know and was very vague about when it started. Just checked out the newest BFC on Chinden and Linder last night. We have been anxiously awaiting this opening and were most definitely not disappointed! First off let me say that I believe this was their second day open. And by open I mean their lobby wasn't exactly open to the public for dining in due to the pandemic but they were greeting customers outside on the patio to take and deliver their orders and they also had a drive through available. The whole crew could be seen inside hustling and the store manager waited on us. First off this location is very cool and it sports their new hip logo (can't wait until we can actually go in and hang out!). The manager of this store is nothing less than professional and extremely personable! The energy that came from the staff was literally a breath of fresh air (despite the doom and gloom we are surrounded by at this moment in time). We were able to enjoy a beer outside in the grass area while waiting on our food which was quite nice. As always the food was absolutely fantastic and very consistent (I think this is a pretty big statement since they have a whole new restaurant and set up to get used to as well as having to make special efforts to abide by the take out/carry out regime they have at this time). So stoked they were willing and able to provide carry out. Nothing but good vibes from everyone involved. We will be going back to this location often since we have been waiting for them to branch out this way. Recently came to their store with my partner and got a few burgers with fries on the side. As we were waiting for our food i watched one of the employees sweep the floor with the same gloves he was using to touch all of our food and grab the bottom of the dustpan after sweeping their disgusting floor and IMMEDIATELY touched all the fresh cut fries in their bin and dumped them into the fryer. Soon after he also proceeded to put his crusty dusty gloves into the freshly cooked food.

I approached the woman with brown hair , glasses and a ponytail to ask if it's normal for them not to switch out their gloves when handling food and cleaning. To which she immediately tried to argue with me that he didn't touch food with his nasty gloves and had asked him to only change his gloves.

Ive worked in food services before and had to get plenty of training on cross contamination, cleanliness etc and this place by FAR doesn't consider any of that. I wouldn't trust their "gluten free options" as there's no separation between products that do have gluten, if anything it's "gluten friendly" since it's all cross contaminated.

This place is a health hazard and I'm deeply considering calling the city about a health inspection because they are going to put someone in the hospital if they continue their disgusting practices.
