Just finished our experience and we will not be coming back. First of all, they advertise their admission price, which is pretty decent, and they mention their ticket system but do not post on their social media or their website how much their ticket system actually cost. This makes it impossible to really know how much money you would be spending at this place. There needs to be way more transparency when it comes to cost and ticket prices for the attractions. Secondly, beware if you are a parent of a toddler or a child with a short attention span. If your child gets off the attraction, even if they were on it for less than a minute, they will need to pay more tickets to return to the attraction. Usually this wouldn’t be a problem for bigger kids, but for kids like mine that are super social and have a hard time doing one thing for a long time (more than a minute or two) , this makes you waste tickets fast. Lastly, I really wish they had a rule where if the child is less than three (where they don’t have to pay for admission but still have to pay for tickets for the attractions) they could have one parent accompany them on attractions without paying extra tickets. For example, the petting zoo was three tickets for my 2 year old child to enter and I was told that I needed to also pay three tickets in order to be with her. She’s two… she doesn’t understand how to be safe around animals by herself. Another example is the corn maze where my 2 year old physically cannot go through by herself without getting lost and scared. Overall it seems like a huge cash grab and does not accommodate families with...

I was so appalled by the “petting zoo”. It was a hot day and there was one TINY awning in the far corner by the portapotties and the angle of the sun put the shade outside of the fenced area, so the animals essentially had no shade. They were all panting, visibly over heating. One small water bucket that was dirty and low on water. The employee wasn’t interacting with anyone, and every kid I saw in there was poking and prodding, and hitting animals. There was a BABY piglet with no mama, who seemed so scared!! The conditions for these animals is extremely concerning.
The prices!! The tickets are not cheap and then most “attractions” inside costs 3 tickets and they have signage that limit “sessions” to 10 minutes. This place just seems so greedy and much more concerned with collecting their tickets and making money, than with kids or family enjoyment.
Customer service. The employees are not friendly or helpful. As mentioned, a lot of focus is on the tickets and ensuring those are collected. It really rubbed us the wrong way and killed the vibe for us.
We will not be going back. Not worth the price and way better...
Read moreOh my! Where do I start with this AMAZING staff? My son has autism and is 22 years old. He has the mentality of a 2 year old. He loves playing in corn kernels and the staff advised me that they will let him play in it for free though they generally charge $20 attraction fee for all the attractions, the lady at the entrance advice says just to say that Blake said that it's okay for him to play in the corn free of charge! Then we proceeded to the pumpkin patch where I told my son to pick out a pumpkin where he promptly dropped the pumpkin on the ground and smashed it in half, after picking out another pumpkin I told the staff at the checkout that I am more than willing to pay for the one that he smashed and they said do not worry about it. I had bought enough tickets for me my best friend and my son to ride the hayride and could not find the other three tickets in my purse and I told my friend it's okay go ahead and ride with my son and I'll meet you at the stop, the lady was like it's okay go ahead and come on. Not only is this place exceptional but dealt with my special needs son above and beyond and I cannot say good enough things about them!! Thank you guys for an amazing...
