Starbucks — Restaurant in Eagle

I have been using this location as my go-to for my lunch breaks and I generally like it. I'm a former Starbucks partner so I like the familiarity of it and generally the partners here are pretty nice and decently fast. I also am entirely aware of how drive times work which is why I'm baffled by my experience today... It was an absolute nightmare. I'm not sure what the deal was, but this morning I got to work early and decided to come thru here since I had about 35 minutes before work (PLENTY of time). I pulled into the drive-thru line and sure there were a decent amount of cars, but nothing crazy at all. From the speaker box to me was three or four cars and it took me 20 MINUTES just to get to the speaker box and order; I would have left if there weren't cars boxing me in. By the time I got to the window was close to another 10 minutes, cutting it reeeaaalll close now. Got my drink and hustled off to work since I now only had 5 minutes left before work, only to find my shaken espresso that was supposed to have white mocha and toffee nut that I paid for, had none and there was a good inch of room at the top when I got my drink. I have no idea what was going on today but I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience. 35 minutes should be at max twice the amount of time you need to get through a drive thru anywhere. I would recommend this location to any coffee drinker, socializing, and even visit for a nice welcomed atmosphere setting. First things first every the service here has always been so fast and everyone is so kind and amazing I used to come here as a customer and the environment is so clean and positive and my drinks were always made accurate with love and good quality products. Second here I became an employee and little did I know that everyone here is even more amazing than what I thought every single employee here is so kind has so much potential to grow and learn and is so helpful and patient.
