Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Eagle

Had 3 cars in front of me in the drive up. I ordered two smoothies. It was a little slow but at least the cars were getting there orders in a reasonable time. That is until I pulled up to the window. The girl asked me what I had ordered. I repeated it. Paid for it. Sat at the window for 15 minutes. I finally knocked on the window and when she came to the window I asked what was going on with the smoothies. She said she was working alone, had a lot of people inside ordering, working the drive thru and lots of online orders. She was obviously overwhelmed. I asked her how much longer and she said "I don't know". Felt very bad for her. I finally got my two smoothies about 5 minutes later. No apology but like I said, this girl was overwhelmed. Management needs to step up and get this girl some help or get there butts down there and help out themselves. The smoothies were average....

I live nearby to this location and I have had a great experience every time as far as customer service goes. There was one mess up in the beginning with my sandwich I ordered, but they were busy and I am understanding of that. Today, I had a total changed experience with tropical smoothie that made me even happier with their customer service. My order ticket said my server was a “Leigha”, hopefully that is the same girl as the window (short above the ear haircut and little shorter in height, between 15-17?) she had outstanding customer service skills, super cute smile on her face, and even wrote a little note on my cup after I mentioned my birthday was this past Friday in exchange for the free smoothie compromised from the app members. This is the worst tropical smoothie that I have ever visited. I’ve come twice now, specifically because they have the curbside option. Don’t waste your gas traveling here for curbside. I swear this place must be run by kids!! Each time I’ve had to walk inside to pick up my order and each time the workers are not working at all. They are sitting down at the counter chilling and my food is in the to- go cubby getting cold!! I’ve parked both times in the designated spots but they are literally sitting and there are no other customers in there.
