Taco Bell — Restaurant in Eagle

I am primarily docking stars for customer experience as opposed to the quality of food from Taco Bell. I don't know if it has been the experience of others, but my family and I continue to "try" the Taco Bell location on Linder in hopes of a different outcome. It is close to home and the kids like the food, so we keep coming back and leaving disappointed. Nearly every time we have gone there is some issue or another and frequently no apparent reason for the extremely slow service. At one point we were literally in the drive through for over 45 minutes, and it is not uncommon to wait for 20 minutes or more in the drive through. Granted the staff is friendly enough, but frequently when we finally get up to the window to pay and pick up our order the staff appear to be hanging out having a good old time appearing to do just about anything except serving customers or preparing food.

Our most recent visit this past week resulted in our waiting for over 20 minutes only to get up to the window to be told that the entire system is down and they could no longer process any orders. We literally had ordered a single burrito for my son (the other kids wisely all chose something from McDonalds around the corner), and we had exact change in cash. They did give us a "voucher" for a free item on our next visit, but that didn't feed my now even more famished son. Needless to say we went across the street...

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst staff of any fast food place I have ever been to. They do not greet you and take forever to even notice your waiting to place an order. They have a couple employees who always look like they’re angry and seem to be giving dirty looks at all times. I only go here because it’s close to home and I don’t much care for fast food but I can stand Taco Bell. I just went stopped there to eat and the lobby was locked at 2pm with a sign in the door that says please join us in drive thru. This happens at least once sometimes twice a week and once it happens even three times. Sadly the A/C in my car is broken and was wanting to eat in the lobby today. Can’t now because the doors are locked. It is 74° outside right now and way too hot to eat in my car. I can honestly say that from now on I will drive across town to get my Taco Bell because I have had one too many bad experiences with this location. WHY do you always lock the lobby doors during normal business hours, during lunchtime, when it causes your drive they to get backed up and takes 30+ minutes to get thru the line? Yes that’s happened on a couple occasions as well. Once you’re in drive-through you’re stuck and you can’t believe you have no choice but to wait whether you decide to order anything or not. I am so fed up with this Taco Bell it’s ridiculous. My experience tonight was my final straw. All I ordered was a Crunchwrap and a skittles freeze drink. I was the third car in line....I waited 17 min before my car even moved. My baby was freaking out and by the time I got to the window my freeze was completely melted and my Crunchwrap was cold. When the guy took my money I said so is my Crunchwrap still warm, he ignored me and handed me the bag...no apologyor anything for the wait. Every time we have been here our food is crappy, Crunchwraps falling apart, uneven, not closed all the way, food cold, and literally every time I have tried to get chicken quesadilla without chipotle sauce for my daughter....I verify at the speaker no Chipotle, and at the window I verify that they didn’t put it on, and EVERY time it’s still on there!!!!!!! Honestly this is just the tip of the iceberg. They are never friendly and the wait is ridiculous. If you want good food, quick, and good service go to the other side of the parking lot and get costa vida. May be a little more money but I have been through their drive Through several times and have never had to wait more than a few minutes even with a few cars in front of me!! So fast and they are actually friendly. I like Taco Bell, and so do my kids but I will be avoiding this one from here on out...won’t...
