Placed an online order this evening and pulled up just in time to pick our subs up .. not realizing there was a no parking sign in front as we just pulled up and had never ordered from there before! Employee came out immediately extremely RUDE as can be pointing at the sign .. we then pulled to the side and parked . I went inside to pick up subs that we already paid for online. Same employee RUDELY handed me the subs as she assumed they were for me! Never said thank you .. just RUDE.. VERY RUDE customer service !!! All because we accidentally pulled up in the front of the restaurant ! I then asked her if she was always that rude to her customers and she lashed out yelling and made it apparent it was over us pulling up wrong! Mind you , the restaurant was full of customers !! I then decided I did not want the subs and wanted my money back !! Again she continued to be rude and refused to refund me !! I will NEVER step a foot in Firehouse Subs in Easley Ever again!!!! She also doesn’t care that this is reported and her Manager / Owners will find out! If this is how you want to represent your restaurant with unprofessional RUDE help … you have officially lost...
Read moreWhen I walked into the restaurant I was not greeted by the crew. None of the tables or chairs were socially distanced. I wanted to try the new Pepperoni Pizza Meatball sub, but was informed that they had just ran out of meatballs. I also noticed that they were out of chili, loaded potato soup, and most of their drinks in their Freestyle machine. The shift leader was not wearing a collared shirt. The shift leader was wearing his mask correctly, however, one of the others had no mask on at all, and another had the top of his mask resting upon his bottom lip. The lids, spoons, forks, knives, etc. were left on the beverage station in a high-contact area for all customers to touch as wanted. There were also utensils left on top of one of their tea urns at the beverage station. Overall, the best thing about this visit was the friendliness of the cashier and the chip racks being...
Read moreI honestly don’t know where to start. This establishment needs to be cleaned very thoroughly…. Behind the counter was very disturbing toppings everywhere… There wasn’t any organization period. They weren’t paying attention to the orders bread was burnt more than one time. Then to top it off a man walked through the back door into the kitchen then went into the cooler and pulled out chicken pieces and the got a container and put some chicken pieces in it… No gloves not one time did I see this man wash his hands. Then he proceeded to walk into the back kitchen area and packed more meat and put it into a clear plastic bag. I watched one of the staff go and scoop out meatballs with his hands just nasty. Then you hear the staff say “ Don’t take all our meat… he says McDonald is too high….. I wanted to ask for my money back so badly but I just keep my composure. There was no manager onsite. It made no sense how things were being ran. I wouldn’t recommend...
