Im changing my review..the night before last was the last straw..we went up for dinner, and i went to the drive thru, and i ordered my boys' food, then my chicken wraps, and it took a few minutes before someone even came to the window..when he finally did, he asked if i had meal so and so & so and so, my boys' meals, and i said 2 chicken wraps too..my bill was $23 when it should have been under $20..i asked for the reciept, and he said it was in the bag..i looked at it as I was pulling out of the parking lot, and noticed that I was charged for two barbecue chicken sandwiches instead of wraps....I even repeated it to him at the window.. as I got back to the parking lot to walk inside I caught the CarHop and told him what was going on and he went in and brought me my wraps and I asked for some money back considering that the chicken sandwiches cost more than the wraps, and he said no I was going to just be given these and I again had to explain to the CarHop that I got the wrong order and that the sandwiches were more than the wraps.. I finally got the difference back and as I was on my way home eating my wraps, the chicken was tough and didn't taste good.. I try to give this Sonic more chances, but every time I am disappointed because the people taking the orders cannot ever seem to get my orders right...also they put about 60% ice in the cups so you're not getting very much to drink...i will not be going back to this sonic..i will find the one in Anderson and start going there instead and hope that...
Read moreDon't waste your time or money. I ordered 2 drinks, jumbo popcorn chicken and large tots through the app, pulled into the stall and checked in. There were lots of cars at the drive through and it was pretty busy. After a quite short wait time considering the amount of vehicles someone came out to my car, handed me two drinks and then immediately walked away. We pushed the button and explained our situation and we were informed that they were out of popcorn chicken and we should have checked to make sure we had all our food before the attendant walked away. I asked for a refund but they refused to give me a receipt showing proof of refund. The lady I spoke with was very young so I understand her being overwhelmed and responding the way she did but it was not good customer service and I won't be returning again as this isn't the first time this has happened to myself and my family. Shame on management for putting their employees in these situations over and over again. I ended up reaching out to sonics customer care phone number where the representative told me they don't issue partial refunds but she would give me a $5 gift certificate through the app. To be insulted like that is unacceptable. To be offered a $5 gift card to a restaraunt I won't be returning to as compensation for failure to give me $7.09 worth of goods that I purchased? No thank you. Eventually the rep submitted an incident report with the store so time will tell if I get my money back for the food I never got. I felt compelled to...
Read moreFirst off, i went through drive-thru didn't park to order as I was in a rush. After having to be cut off four separate times while trying to order (the guy kept reading back to me every thing I ordered as I added one item at a time- was honestly comical at first...as I had an order for 4), my order was still read back wrong. Then when the lady came out carrying four separate drinks she didn't use a drink carrier and just kept tossing them to me. I asked for a drink carrier when she went to ring my order up. She came out twice after that still forgetting the drink carrier. After sitting and waiting for over 40 minutes, I decided to hell with it, I'll just try to drive home with my drinks in between my legs. When I got home I realized I was charged for a chicken habanero sandwich (what I ordered) but received a beef habanero (cheese burger). They also forgot my daughter's syrup for her French toast as well as tots for 2 of the meals... When I tried to call to explain what happened, I was hung up on once I said "yes I need to please speak with a manager." Very poor customer service, will not be going back to this one in Easley... I usually love sonic, but was not impressed with this particular one...a lot of high schoolers that didn't seem to care or know what...
