Went through the drive-thru today and ordered a large egg and cheese biscuit combo with seasoned fries and a Mountain Dew, an egg and cheese biscuit, a breakfast bowl (which they said they no longer offer), large Cheerwine and 3 BoBerry biscuits to which the lady asked if I'd like to make it 4 so I said sure. Get to the window where she hands me a medium Mountain Dew. I told her it should have been large. She slams the window door and proceeds to run her mouth. She hands me my food and the BoBerry biscuits aren't in there. I tell her they aren't there to which she slams the window door again and proceeds to talk about how stupid I am. She comes back and I exclaim how disappointing the service was today. She raises her voice and says that she read the order back to me and I said it was correct. Yes she read it back and yes it was correct but somewhere in between the speaker and the window, she forgot it all. We just moved to the other side of town which is closer to Bojangles which is a restaurant my family and I enjoy. If this is the type of behavior you allow your employees to have, I won't be back. A simple mistake is one thing, but to call a paying customer stupid, that's appalling and way over the line. Good luck keeping business with her...
Read moreI just had a surreal and bizarre experience at store #705 on 6605 calhoun memorial hwy in easley sc 29640. I placed an order online and a receipt was mailed to me and the funds taken from my account. When I arrived to pick up my order they would give me neither food nor refund stating the printer never printed any order even though I had my receipt and the in app confirmation. The store manager refused to provide his name although the name tag read "Elise". I never received my food nor my money back and that is pure theft! I am so upset I am never returning to this bojangles again and I am compelled to warn everyone I know to stay away from this store! The store manager was talking near incoherent nonsense about ebay orders and not wanting to get fired and uber drivers He wouldn't provide me his name saying too many people were dying on the streets and he was afraid to give his name.

Claimed our card was declined (though it wasn't-the charge showed up immediately in our bank account), and we were actually charged for food that we were sent away without receiving. I called and spoke to a manager who was very rude (and didn't bother to share her name), blamed it on the machines (apparently "this happens a lot"-yikes! that's a problem by itself), but did not want to do anything to right the wrong. I asked for a refund or to have the food replaced and was told that I could dispute it with my bank. After my persistence, they agreed to let my husband come get the "free food," all while making a snarky comment; "what happens in a few days when the charge comes off your account, you just get free food?" No. It wasn't free. We paid for it, and I have the bank statement to prove it. And if we don't pick it up? Using their logic, they must think we just gave them free money.
