I have bought jewelry from here about 3 times. I have had problems every time. Although the jewelry is quite beautiful, it just doesn't make up for the service. The first time was my wedding band. Well long story short that ended before it began and I was told I could get store credit for the money I had given them since I no longer wanted the ring. Last year, I bought my mothers ring here. When they gave it to me, it was DIRTY. The sterling silver was pretty much black. Then, they couldn't find my store credit! They didn't even put it in the system! Luckily someone that has worked there for a long time remembered me. Then, my boyfriend bought my promise ring here. I tried to use the rest of my store credit and AGAIN they couldn't find it until the same employee remembered me. Also, I was told these were lab created diamonds. Meaning they are EXACTLY the same as blood diamonds, but without the labor. Well, a different jewelry store told me other wise. She gave me a simulate diamond. SHE LIED about what I was buying. Not to mention they are not exactly friendly. Their attitudes suck. If you ask them to do anything for you and it involves the slightest inconvenience, expect an attitude and to be spoken shortly to. I do not recommend this business. There are two ladies that work there and they are very nice and professional. Sadly, the man that runs the place is a different story. He had an attitude when I walked in the store. He was hateful, un professional and used foul language. This man is in need of serious help. Maybe anger management classes, customer service, better yet retirement because he does not know how to interact with people. I truly feel sorry for the two dear ladies that work under him. And no I will not enter those doors again nor do I recommend the place.

I just read the owners response to my review and had to laugh. He is such a liar. The open light was on when when I parked my car. I got out and saw a lady pulling down shade so I turned to go to my car. The lady came out and asked me what I needed and I told her I needed to pick up something. She asked me to come in. I came in and could tell he had an attitude. I was not rude and not once said anything out of line or inappropriate. This man needs to get his facts straight. He is the one that was rude. I am so disappointed with my recent visit to Classic Jeweler's! Over the years , before mother passed, she spent A LOT of money at Classic Jeweler's! The jeweler that used to be there was Marc and he was fabulous! My husband bought me a beautiful diamond and sapphire ring for me for Christmas . The ring is gorgeous ! I have had the ring for only a little over 6 months and one of the sapphires is cracked and 3 of the diamonds have fallen out. I totally understand that normal wear and tear happens but in 6 months thats ridiculous. I am a stay at home mom so I don't do alot of strenuous work. I was told that its my fault and I have to pay $300 to get it fixed. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Classic Jeweler's has just lost a customer and Inwill make sure that people know all about it.
