Hobby Lobby — Local services in Easley

Everyone at this store is SO RUDE!! Management is a brood of people who act like their customers are the worst thing that ever happened to them! The employees act genuinely afraid of them. We have a show coming up for Christmas and I was shirt on a few supplies. I stopped by and knew it was last minute and only needed a few things. They close at 8pm. At 7:52 (10 minutes after I arrived) they were sweeping the store for anyone left. I had an escort of a manager and 3 employees to rush me out the store. So harassing! After I checked out (7:57pm) I apologized to the manager for keeping them (just because it takes ALOT to p me off) and he literally just said "mm hmm"! The woman manger tried to tell me I couldnt use coupons there anymore because once I tried to use a coupon on my phone for both of my separate orders (business and personal)! I contacted corporate and they fixed that situation with an apology and a gift card...and an explanation that you are allowed to use your digital coupons more than once if separate orders. Good thing they have a ton of managers...alot of turnover so I see all new employees literally every time I go there. I eventually learned to leave and come back the next day when they have all new employees and keep quiet. :) Either way, I'm ok with following rules, just expect others to follow the ones THEY set! Also, be a little more polite to the customers that are keeping...

I had some pictures to be framed. They were just decorative pieces on fake canvas. I had a way to frame them with wood in mind that would have cost close to $100 for 3. I only paid about $10 for all 3 when I ordered them. I would have lost a few inches all around the way I had in mind. They would have had to cut the pieces around the corners to make them fit. He suggested that I have them pressed onto some type of board without losing any length. Plus, it was only $36 for all 3. I'm so glad the person took the time and effort to show me different options. If it wasn't for him, I would have just thrown them in the trash. He could have insisted and made as much money as possible that day. But now they have a customer that will keep coming back. So they make more money in the long run. And I get to enjoy my artwork. I already have another piece that I'm going to take up there soon. Plus, he helped me restore a framed stitch work that was made for my wife and I for our wedding. It was handmade, hand stitched by one of our friends that is no longer with us. It is from 1994 and irreplaceable. It looks brand new again!! I would highly recommend that if you need anything new done or something fixed. Come to...

This place is absolutely wonderful. If I had more time to shop I probably would have bought a whole lot more. It was very easy funny what I was looking for. I also found some great deals with some 90% off items. They had so many things on sale I just wanted to keep shopping and shopping and shopping. They even have their Christmas stuff at 50% off or higher. The employees were very professional and friendly and helpful. Checking out was a breeze. And the young man that rang my stuff up made sure that I got my discount on everything that was on sale. And he did tell me to have a nice evening and come see us again. Very professional I like that. I would highly highly recommend this Hobby Lobby store location to anybody who likes to shop at Hobby Lobby.
