I placed an order online through the mobile app for one of their exclusive online items. I ordered 2 whoppers and 3 medium fries. I waited over 36 minutes for my order at the drive thru and the store wasnât even busy. There was no other cars there at all, but I was made to wait 36 minutes for two whoppers, chicken wraps, and some fries. My food was so extremely cold and stale when I got it that it was inedible. The bread was stale and the burgers were completely cold, the fries were so cold and stale that they had already gone hard.
Because I placed my order through the app I was made to use the âContact Supportâ option, the store wouldnât do anything about it.
I reached out to Burger King support and was told the only thing they could give me for the entire $30 order being ruined is a $5 coupon. This is absolutely unacceptable that I literally WASTED $30 at this disgusting restaurant and the only thing they will give me is a $5 coupon, which isnât even enough to cover the cost of 1 whopper that I paid for.
I absolutely would not recommend this Burger King at all, and honestly because of the way that Burger King has handled this overall, they have lost my business for good! This is the kind of behavior I expect from McDonalds, but I never thought Burger King would do this. Iâve attached a screenshot of the conversation with the Burger King support rep saying there is nothing they can do but give me $5.
Also, keep in mind that I didnât even ask for a full refund. I asked for a partial refund for the items that were ruined I didnât even ask for the whole thing to be refunded I simply wanted to get back what I paid for the...
   Read moreI was there in the drive through this morning just before 9. Ordered 2 chicken, egg, and cheese croissants and 2 large dr. peppers with light ice. As the chicken needed to cook, we waited for a few minutes (fine), and then the (hot!) bag was handed to us. I placed the bag on the floor between the front seats to cool, and we drove off. When my daughter went to pull the sandwiches out of the bag, she discovered that I received one chicken, and one ham croissant. We do not eat pork for religious reasons, so when I discovered the ham, I tried to call the store to address this mixup. The phone rang and rang before automatically disconnecting (later on, I counted the number of rings before the automatic disconnect...it was 25 rings!), and I abandoned calling while at the doctor's appointment we were headed to at the time. After the appointment, I tried once again to call, and called 4 SEPARATE TIMES after the appointment. This was when I counted the rings before the automatic disconnect, and it rang 25 times. I am leaving the review because no answer came to the phone any of the 6 phone calls attempted to reach the store. This was the first time we've had an issue of this sort at this store, and I would not leave the review if the store had resolved the issue, or at a minimum have answered the phone any of the 6 total phone calls made to the store...

I wanted no condiments on any of the burgers (just the veggies) noone understands you when you ask for ZERO condiments. You have to be specific, which I was. I received my order, sat down to feed my 3 kids. I had to take everything back, they told me to keep it, I would've been grateful if I'd of had anyone to feed this to, but I didn't, so I gave food out to people already in the restaurant eating. They fixed one of my burgers but not all 3. So my kids were angry with me and I waited an hour for all burgers to get fixed. They brought me out one fixed burger, only one of my kids were happy, so I just left. It was slightly ridiculous but another customer bought all my kids icecream and they were happy and full from that moment, going forward. So they didn't receive one star lol, I gave them this much, just cause a fellow customer...
