Hardee’s — Restaurant in Easley

Do not waste your time at this store. Go down the road to the Hardees on W Main if you want some Hardee's. I placed my order through the app on 11/27/21 at 7:15pm. The money was debited from my bank and an order confirmation email was received. I arrived at 7:35pm and the store was empty. No cars. No employees. Lights all on. I guess I just gave Hardee's an interest free short term loan as I could not reach a human via customer support to get a refund. We will see if they reply by Monday and if not we will see if Hardee's is going to get away with theft. What a disappointing end to an already difficult day.

Update: No response yet. It is still early on Monday but I called the store to speak with a manager but I was told by the employee (she refused to give her name or the GMs name) that there was nothing they could do to help me and that inwpuld need to look up the customer care phone number if I wanted help. When I asked the lady for her name she hung up on me. I called the Hardee's downtown and the manager there took my name and number and said she would have the district manager reach out to me later today. Whoever is managing the W Main st store at 8am on Monday 11-29-21 knows what customer service is and i wish I had ordered from her store instead and in fact I will...

I just went in for the first time and omg, where do I start. The problem in this store is the person in charge, everything trickles down from her attitude. When I asked her a question as she handed me the order she grinded her teeth because she was upset of me double checking my bag "that's what I Said" she repeated looking at me with such anger I felt intimidated. She has a lot of stress I can see it but she needs to fix it otherwise she'll run the store to the ground. She talks to her staff like they're her slaves, one of the poor cashiers, just a kid, got yelled at as I was ordering "you don't hear me!" The lady incharged was upset at her in front of me, a customer. The workers seem so nice compared to her, it's like watching an anxious monster, I feel so bad for her but she needs to take care of herself and not take it out on the job. The food was DILICIOUS though . Fresh everything and hot! Fries are awesome my kid liked them More than mds. But unfortunately there was no Ice in the soda machine and we were scared to ask. She would probably have a hard attack if we did, she needs help, she's stressed and it's a horrible ambiance. Might never stop again because we don't want to deal with this attitude. We bought a chicken sandwich combo and a 5.99 meal...

Has anybody ever gone to Hardee's and gotten a whole egg on their breakfast sandwich? I don't go there often, but everytime I have gone over the last several years I have gotten about 1/2 an egg or less. Last week I complained, after explicitly ordering the steak and egg biscuit and telling them I wanted a whole egg, just like the sign, and then getting only about half an egg. The manager did put more egg on it, although it still didn't look like a whole egg to me, but I said OK. Today I went and ordered the same sandwich and again I got what looked to me like maybe a little over 1/2 an egg. I again complained, and the manager explained that that was how much egg they put on their sandwich. So I said OK and left. But that is the last time I will ever walk through the door of a Hardee"s. No big loss to them, I was never anything but an occasional customer. But that has been my experience with Hardee's....
