Pizza And Then Some — Restaurant in Easley

We ordered pizza for our family tonight over the phone for delivery from the pizza and then some im Easley. We ordered a Hawaiian Delight and a cheese pizza. The employee who took our order took it wrong and rang us up for a pineapple delight instead of a Hawaiian delight. I called to let them know what was delivered and the mistake they made and the manager said there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t replace the pizza because I signed the receipt. The receipt was the receipt that literally was only the total how much you would like to tip and then you sign the bottom. The driver didn’t give me the long full receipt until after I signed the credit card slip with the food he handed me. This is unacceptable customer service. This was a mistake on their behalf, they refused to take accountability for the mistake, and refused to fix it claiming there was nothing they could do! Thanks for making a mistake you refused to fix. one regular pizza the other is a dessert. so I guess some of us are going without enjoying pizza for dinner tonight. Pizza and then some is a terrible restaurant, offers horrible customer service, wastes peoples hard earned money, won’t fix their mistakes. I will never be ordering from here again. The worst part is this was my first experience ever ordering from them! Way to go on first...

Tonight's pizza was very dissappointing. Over the past year I have seen a decline in pizza from Pizza and Then Some. We have enjoyed their pizza in Pelzer and did very much when they first arrived in Easley. We had a large (6) order of mostly specialty pizzas. The thin crust pizzas were all overcooked, little cheese, and the chicken bacon ranch pizza barely had ranch sause on it. The one gluten free pizza had a very chewy crust... ( not the first time I have had this crust, it is normally very pleasant texture) I had requested white sause and bacon both were absent from that pizza, and again very little cheese. The dessert pizza was cold and chewy crust like it was old dough. All of the pizza seemed to be very light on toppings. I hope that things will improve but in the mean time we will not order again and look for a new pizza...

Worst pizza ever. Ordered large 3 topping, was very disappointed. There was hardly anything on top. I'll bet over 85% of the top of the pizza had nothing. One slice had one tiny olive ring, two pieces of mushroom and not any sausage at all. If the pizza could speak, it would say, I am a chintzy pizza company, I want to cheat my customers. The owner said "I don't even care about customers". If I saw this pizza before I paid (and waited an hour), I would have refused it. Barely warm, waited on hold to order. This pizza is lower that Little Ceasars. COME ON, 'local' pizza company, make a decent pizza, make a great pizza or close your doors. Really?!
