Starbucks — Restaurant in Easley

i waited 15 minutes at the drive thru window. the worker tried charging me for 2 other peoples orders twice and handed me food that wasn’t mine. after a full 15 minutes goes by she finally goes to make my drink. when she hands it to me it is a cup of milk with clumped matcha and brown cold foam which looked old. i ordered and iced matcha with strawberry cold foam. i told her i never received a drink that looked that way and i wouldn’t pay for it and i wanted a refund. through this whole encounter with the worker at the window she was flat out rude. i have never in my life had to wait 15 minutes at the window for coffee. she kept appplogizing saying “sorry im on autopilot” but like… just make the one coffee i ordered. i got my refund, no coffee and left. i was so disappointed by this mainly because i had waited so long and was now late for work- i decided to call and speak to the store manager. the same employee from the window answered. she told me she was the shift lead and i couldn’t speak to the manager. she asked why i was calling and when i started explaining to her she interrupted me and said “well we can always remake your drink” i explained to her verbatim i don’t have time to wait another 15 minutes for a drink to be wrong. she refused to give me her name, refused to allow me to speak to someone else, refused to take my name and number so someone can call me back. and now i can’t get in contact with the store manager at all because it would appear she’s blocked me number from the store phone… why on earth does an employee have the ability to that. i will never visit this starbucks again and i will be going to higher ups. i will be visiting in person to get the name of the cashier who for no...

I pass by 4 Starbucks on my way to work. I have always love this one. There is one girl in there that is so sweet it is unbelievable.

They hired a young red headed girl. I would mention her name because I didn't see a name tag. She was just rude. I told her manager and to be honest. He really seem like he didn't care. But, He must have said something because today she said " Have a great day" and I told her to have one. I thought as I was walking out the door that was sweet of her. Then, I heard under her breathe said sarcastically "I Hope You Enjoy it" Turn to her co worker and started laughing. I stopped right there and looked back at both of them. I actually stood their for about 3 min. and thought I spend a min. of $25. a week or more and I go this Wednesday for a spinal tap and the last thing I need is this. I am going to bring the sweet girl her Christmas gift tomorrow but I will never drink a Starbucks coffee again. I am deleting my app. I am not paying to be treat bad. Reese‘s are friendly, but I have to say every single time I go here they get my drink wrong. I asked for the same thing every time a caramel cappuccino. This time they gave me a Frappuccino. The time before they gave me hazelnut. My husband sometimes takes a couple of sips out of my drink if he doesn’t order one and he is highly allergic to hazelnut. I was very grateful that I tried it this time before he did. I told him not to drink any. The time before that they made it iced. I really don’t understand why they keep messing it up. The time before that it was a latte. It was very, very heavy it was not a cappuccino. I never have time to get them to remake it Because I usually grab it on my way to work when I’m running late and don’t have time to make something for myself at home. Or I don’t realize it until I’ve already gone like the hazelnut. I think they need to pay closer attention. And I could never see it on a screen to double check and make sure they’ve put it in right.
