McDonald's — Restaurant in East Cleveland

Terrible establishment…waited in line for almost 15mins…ordered a large strawberry banana smoothie and an apple pie…paid…$6.68 is way too much for a drink and tiny pie but I still paid because I wanted it…but when I went to receive my order I was told “we don’t go no strawberry banana we only got mango”…I replied by requesting for my money back and was told to go to the 3rd window…I was expecting a refund but instead was brought out a strawberry banana smoothie(that I was told wasn’t available) and an apple pie…I was in a rush to get back to work so I took it and drove off realizing while driving that the apple pie was over an hour past the enjoy by time and the smoothie had the whole bottom separating already like it had been sitting (even though I had just gotten it…what a complete waste of time and money…with all of the other negative reviews I won’t be surprised when they have the same result as the Wendy’s...

I am so, so utterly sick of McDonald's. Every single time I try to go to a McDonald's in the Cleveland area, I have a terrible time. This is the first time I've been to this McDonald's location. They asked me to pull up to the third window. I have been waiting here for ONE HOUR as I've watched 40 cars get their food behind me. I am still sitting here right now. My order was not complex - a couple plain cheeseburgers, some nuggets, fries, a bacon quarter pounder - pretty standard McDonald's food - so what in God's name could possibly be the reason for this? Look, I'm a patient man - a very patient man, actually - but an HOUR? Are you kidding me? I do not blame the employees. I know they work really hard. I blame the MANAGEMENT and I blame CORPORATE. 1.00 While dealing with Progressive Insurance ended up in Free Rental Car ( paid by Progressive Insurance) twice from Enterprise Rent A Car. 2.00 Had to reach out to the nearest McDonald's to sit and talk on phone with Progressive Insurance representatives. 3.00 Surprisingly the conversation with Progressive Insurance Company was really the most INHUMANE. 4.00 My Progressive Insurance clean record clearly allows me to have $60 per day car rental from them for upto 30 days. 5.00 Progressive Insurance approved only $40 per day car rental and this was a great opportunity for Car Rental Enterprise to charge me extra on two occasions I got the car from Enterprise. 6.00 Both the Enterprise Car rental broke down. 7.00 While the free sitting space at McDonald's Restaurant was better than a SEVEN STAR hotel, the products and services offered by Progressive Insurance and Enterprise was...
