Papa's Pizza To Go — Restaurant in East Ellijay

Well we took the kids yesterday about 7pm an they had charged us 63$ so they handed us paper plates etc, I ask for 3 pizzas to be made cause there were not much on bar an also I saw a man using his fringes to get stuff off of one of the the pizza plates on bar So we waited 30 minutes still no food I went back an asked the guy who wrote it down an he said we not making much more pizza I said excuse me but we just paid you63$ an they haven’t even ate yet he said let me ask an he said what do u want I said I ask you already to make 3 pizzas so 15 minutes later we finally got a couple pieces each wasn’t worth no 63$ Salad bar wasn’t clean tables wasn’t clean we will not be going back no one wearing hair nets o washing there hands after taking cash from us o any one eles they weren’t happy or professional either I did call back to your restaurant an was told call back the next day at 2 I did I spoke to a man whom told me let me investigate this an I will call you back he “said may be the next morning “I said alright but no one called back Very unprofessional also not very well at keeping their word!”where I come from your word is your bond”we had been going there since 2014 but it’s sad cause it used be so family friendly an spoke to every customer and made sure they were satisfied but not last Sunday!a waste of...

My family has been eating here for years. While the food has never been 5 star, the service has always been exceptional, until last Saturday. We ordered the buffet, as usual. It happened to be Apple festival weekend, so I was surprised there weren't alot of people there. Also, I assume, the food would be fresh , in anticipation of all the tourists. Well, there was practically nothing on the bar. What was there , was so hard and nasty, I spit it back out! I am not a picky eater. I put in a request when we paid and a good number of people walked in behind us ( including party goers) So, I thought food would be coming out soon. We sat there for over half an hour before making the decision to leave. On the way out the door,they started bringing out food 😡A couple sitting across from us also got tired of the service and left before us. Never in my life have I left an all you can eat buffet hungry!! I don't know if it's the price of food ( maybe they were ordered to not stock the buffet,or throw out old food) or if it was bad workers,or just an off day? I do know, it will be a very long time before I take a chance of trying it again.Which sucks because I used to...

I think I met the rudest man in Ellijay today... After a pretty long day and unfamiliar with the area we decided to order a pizza to take back to the cabin. When I arrived to pay a young woman took my payment, then said she pulled the card top early and charged it again telling me it only went through once.. I pulled up my banking app and sure enough there where 2 charges for the exact amount from this pizza place.. I brought it to another girls attention as the original girl had already walked away and she brought up who I assume is the Manager or The Rudest Man I’ve met this far. He could clearly see by me showing him my personal banking info that so was charged twice and then proceeded to threaten to call the cops on me when I insist the correct the matter... I am disputing the double charge with my bank because this man was no help and just mean. It’s kinda ironic that they have a sign that says sharing is a crime and you will be charged a fine but if they charge you twice, guess what, they will call the cops on you too..
