I stopped by for a crispy chicken sandwich and it took a while and it was only two cars there so I thought well at least they're cooking it so when I got down the road I opened it up and it was wet and pink inside I called the manager right away she said she would put my name on the board or in the book I don't remember because it was the end of April and I told her that I had medical issues and I would get by when I could so I went by today I heard one girl tell me or tell her manager will I took a ladies off the board because she never showed up okay the manager came in and said sorry I can't find your name anywhere okay well I guess I'm out just $6 but she could have done the right thing and believed what I was saying because why would anybody lie about a chicken sandwich but I guess that's the way they made me feel the lady that I talked to and told her how it was I called no more than a minute after I got the sandwich that was just wet and cold she said she was sorry and since I was already halfway home she said she would put it in so I could get the same amount of with something else I don't know but I probably won't ever go back to that place when I called to ask him anyway if you want to wet sandwich with I don't even know what it was on the inside of it but I think it was blood go for it but I don't like...
Read moreI ordered a blackened chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese as a meal. It came with Cajun fries and a Sprite. I also ordered six blackened chicken tenders, twelve chicken nuggets and six biscuits. With my senior discount, it cost $35.00. What I received was six blackened tenders, six regular tenders because it would take too long to make the twelve nuggets, six biscuits and a sprite. No sandwich, no fries and no napkins. The tenders came with BBQ sauce that was pretty spicy. The blackened tenders were pretty good but the combination was a little spicy for me. The regular tenders had so much breading that they were inedible for me. The biscuits and Sprite were good. The service was terrible! I believe there were only two people working and there was a line at the drive-thru. I waited 45 minutes to be served the wrong food at an extreme price. I am done with Popeye's. This was the second one I have been two and the first one, about six months ago, were sold out of the blackened...
Read moreIf you guys would make enough food to where when it's ordered you don't tell us we'll we will have to cook that or the even more famous we ran out of that what other side would you like, the place would've be so much better the food tastes great aside from old sides 1 time . My suggestion is cook a few trays full of chicken even if you don't have many customers because it's better to have it to give than to not have it and lose or make an unhappy customer. For example I worked at another chicken place and we made a lot of chicken once we were down to about 3 trays unless it was close to closing time . Anyone running a restaurant should know that making too much is better than not having what a customer orders unless they pull up and wait 15 minutes. ALSO don't start putting stuff up until it's actually almost closing time not 2 hours...
