"Collection of Experiences" Don't expect to see a clean lobby. Even if the lobby is completely empty you can just about bet on the fact that most the tables are dirty . The soda machine is always covered in soda making it extremely sticky. I'm pretty sure based on corporate standards the lobby just like the bathrooms are on a timed check list , as well as ; several other timed check lists throughout the store. If the most basic ones are being neglected then I'd hate to see the ones we don't have access to. One more thing about the soda machine is usually most of the drinks have an off taste. meaning one of two things or both. One being the nozzles haven't been taken off every night and properly cleaned. Two would be that they need to have the syrup and Co2 adjusted/regulators need adjusted.
On multiple occasions i have been standing in the lobby wanting to place an order only to be ignored most the time. during these times I have witnessed the women standing around playing with each others hair and talking about everything under the sun other than work. I've seen horseplay that again was more important than acknowledging a customer in the lobby. I've witnessed the drive thru telling the person in line to please wait only to go back to their conversation .
Needless to say with all these things; does it surprise you that I'm about to say their food is extremely inconsistent. its the same menu across America and everyone is supposed to be trained one way to make each item to make sure quality is always there but like most places the care isn't there anymore. One of my favorite quick cheap bites is the Beefy 5layer Burrito. well on more than one occasion I have been on my last bite and its nothing but a glob of sour cream . while I enjoy the sour cream in my burrito no one wants the last bite to be all the sour cream for the whole burrito.
Stay tuned to get pictures and an updated review based on the next couple...
Read moreI rated Taco Bell (hating it) when normaly I consider Taco Bell one of my most favorite fast food resturant in East Ellijay and other surounding areas within one hundred miles. My son, his girlfriend and I have injoyed going to Toco Bell four and sometimes five times a week. My son and his girlfriend work thired shift so we would go to the drive through during late night hours before time to be at work. They would get a Toco Bell dinner, take it to work with them so they could eat Toco Bell during there dinner brake at work. After I droped them off at work, I would go buy Toco Bell on my way home so I would stop again to pick up somthing to take home for my teenage daughter and I to eat before going to bed. What I am trying to say is we realy were Toco Bell fans.( Now not so much.) For some reason within the last two months Toco Bells customer service priority is rated some where below smoking out in the parking lot and the party going on in the back of the kitchen. I have sit at the drive through wating and waiting begging for some one to take my order with not another customer in sight. As of tonight 04/15/14 and last night 04/14/14 I had no choice but to just leave because no one had any intenchions of taking a customers order. So two nights in a roll my son and his girlfriend where almost late for work and had no dinner to take to work. It is a shame that the Toco Bell in our town (East Ellijay Ga) is not here for the customers that love there food, be it day light or be it late night, but our East Ellijay Toco Bell (late night shif) is just there for the party. A business that supervise's there employes so poorly that the employees could care less weather or not they have customers. Customers well care less about eating from...
Read moreVery disappointing visit to store 039943. Placed order on the digital kiosk at 7:01pm Was the only customer in the store at the time. Waited for 30 minutes as order after order was fulfilled in the drive thru, I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt as it was Saturday evening. Finally after catching glances from employees the whole time I approached the counter and told them my name and number order. the acting manager I assume told me that if I hadn’t payed it hasn’t gone through the system.. I corrected him and showed him the digital receipt. They started making the food 35 minutes after I ordered and I received the food 48 minutes into this whole thing, checking the food on the front counter was approached by the “manager”again and I informed him that the order was missing an item and that waiting so long for the food I was going to check it before I left. After receiving the missing item not one time was an attempt made to right this issue or refund of any sort. I have worked food service and I get it things happen but WOW was that a rather unpleasant trip to what is usually a fast and easy establishment. Do better people… and telling me to “find you the next time I come in and you will take care of me” is not how you should handle things of this nature. And to the gentleman working the drivethru window thank you for going out of your way to bring me some drink cups you should be...
