Ordered online at 4:00pm for a 6:00pm home delivery. Called at 6:30pm to check on the delivery and the staff member let me know that they were down a driver and it would be another 30 minutes for our delivery. I asked if our pizzas had already been made and he said yup. I asked if it was just sitting there and he said yup. We did get our pizzas delivered at 7:00 after delivery I check the bill and the pizzas had been out of the oven fo 1 1/2 hours before they hit our house. Each person in the family ate 1 piece of pizza and that was it. Who likes eating pizza flavored cardboard. I paid over $50.00 for three slices of cardboard cold pizza. I did tip the driver well due to snow and him not being at fault. I believe with this situation they should have remade my order and loose $5.00 worth of product. Instead they chose to hold it for over an hour. I would rather do business with stores that value customer service over profit. Jets staff if you want to check on my facts the online order number is #11003 placed...
Read moreAbsolutely disappointed with the service I had tonight. Not only did they take over an hour and a half to get my food delivered, but also used a circular dough for cinnasticks which is completely different from anytime I've ordered from any jets ,(makes for a lesser taste and thicker stick) and also used a pizza that must have already been made that night and just warmed it up, I can tell that this was the case as I used to work at a pizza place and have reheated mistake pizza to eat before, it makes the pizza very rubbery and toppings stick to it to the point I could pick up the pizza with the piece of ham on it. Back when I got it for free working for a pizza place I didn't mind, but if I pay $30 for a small pizza and some cinnasticks I expect the would be fresh and tasty. Both of which my entire...
Read moreI have had food from the Jet's many times because a family member likes Jets. I don't, and here is why. When you order pizza from this Jets online it always gives you an estimate of about 35 minutes before the pizza will be ready. So I actually get there within about 20 minutes because I want to get the pizza when its' hot--and it is still cold. Every time!!!. I really don't know how they cook the pizza so fast and then somehow manage to serve it cold. They really seem to have some system that defies the laws of physics. But regardless, if you arrive at the estimated time, your pizza is most likely going to be cold. If you want hot pizza, you need to arrive about 10 minutes after you order. Maybe order from the car when in route? I'm...
