Subway — Restaurant in East Greenwich

I had ordered three different sandwiches through a coupon and I was denied two of them not knowing that I am also pregnant and homeless and it’s hard to feed myself so I don’t appreciate being denied food and also one of the sandwiches were not even for me, it was for my husband. But not only it being hard for me to make a lot of money and eat. I don’t appreciate being denied, and I don’t appreciate the animosity toward me by the short, Hispanic worker, and the white girl with the glasses. I come there every once in a while and their attitude is always the same. I used to work at a subway and never have I ever given anyone attitude or have the right to deny someone food just because they feel some type of way. I personally feel that they need to work on the work, ethic their attitude and their workplace environment for the customers. I would not suggest going to this location. Their attitude is I’m monstrosity and it’s not a friendly environment to be in at all. I hope this gets back to a manager, and I would like to personally complain about this interaction. I had with these two workers that are always there during the afternoon from the morning. Not only do I have to wait for a refund for three days I won’t be able to feed myself for however, long waiting for that money to come back...

Passive aggressive staff. I work across the street and needed a quick lunch on a busy day (worked here 2 years, and have never ordered from them before). I looked out my window and saw that the parking lot was empty - I ordered a sandwich online at 3:00pm and walked across the street - got in the restaurant at 3:07. I was ignored for a few minutes even though the restaurant was empty. There was a woman dumping meatballs into the "pit" but no activity besides that. A few minutes later a man comes from the back and asks to take my order. I let him know that I was picking up on online order. He walks back and the meatball woman starts making my sandwich - no other words said. When the meatball woman hands me my sandwich - again without speaking - she's taken the time to circle that my pickup time was "3:20 pm" - its not 3:13pm. I guess I should be sorry that I ordered a sandwich...

Honestly this is one of the best subways I've ever been to the employees there are very polite and they know what they are doing It's fast and efficient and you feel really comfortable there it's also extremely clean... I spoke with the owner and she's been doing it for a very long time almost 30 years she took over Subway about 6 or 7 years ago And honestly she's a great womand that's just trying to get by after the pandemic I would really...
